Despite the fact that some customers have expressed their happiness with their service, there have been a number of complaints about it, including the inability to keep necessary utility paperwork, a lack of transparency, delays in project completion, poor customer support, and subpar after-sales care. In order to improve customer happiness, Ad Energy has to solve certain severe concerns that are highlighted by these unfavorable evaluations. "Contract finalized in December 2021. The project is still unfinished. They are upset with PECO, the utility. when responsibility really lies with them. Failure to comply with required utility documentation and failure to meet deadlines. They are completely in the dark. When I signed the agreement, I was assured that everything would go smoothly and quickly. The thousands of dollars in extra expenses I will incur due to the postponement of this procedure until 2023 is unacceptable." - Vinosky
"Township and pseg permissions took the longest when the roof and solar panel installation process began. I have no installation timelines after 2 weeks of approvals. When I called today, I was informed it would take two weeks to install. After approvals, installation takes 4 weeks. Disappointed considering the lack of clarity since we began the process. Update: Installation took 4 weeks following township and pseg permissions. Since they only need township installation inspection, I was asked to pay. Paying took two days. After two emails, they told me they changed the installation plan and needed township permission. No timeframes. Adenergy/sunpower is not transparent, does not offer proactive updates on the project, tricks you into making payments, and leaves you at the mercy of the municipality to approve. Adenergy's delays and incomplete procedures lengthen the process." - Patel
"Since September, when I first noticed the leak, I have made many phone calls, an electrician has been sent, and the roof has been fixed multiple times, yet the leak persists. I have tried calling customer care many times, but each time they blame someone else for the poor installation. They informed me I had to pay them to take the solar panels off my roof so that I could hire someone to fix the damage they caused. I have a report where they state they were responsible for the leak, but now they say the roof is old since it has been leaking for so long after being replaced. Do not buy solar panels from ad-anergy or sunpower if you are reading this. Bad company with terrible customer service." - Maria
"Excellent installation; I'd suggest them to everyone. The system has broken down three times in just over a year since I've owned it. In esrecs, I have suffered significant losses. It requires many calls to obtain service each time it breaks. They do not provide reliable service to support their goods. Recently, my son constructed a new house with solar panels and electric heating; I did not and would not suggest Ad Energy to anybody. Sales and installation are excellent, however the service after payment is awful." - winfield
"Service to customers is appalling. There was no rudeness on anyone's part throughout the transaction. The panels had to be checked for loose screws following installation to ensure they wouldn't come free during a storm. After 1.5 years, our inverter finally failed, and it took nearly a week of continual nagging to receive any answers. Fail to react quickly to email. Due to missing appointments, new times have had to be arranged." - Vicky
"I had the opportunity to deal with Ad Energy, and Bob Schaefer in particular, and it was a pleasure doing so. Bob is very educated about his product, and he is willing to assist you without any hesitation; in fact, he would "take his shit off his back" for you. Regardless, I would like to express my gratitude to Ad Energy for providing such excellent service. If I were forced to assign them a rating on a scale of one to ten, I would award them a thousand." - Mike
"Joe is wonderful, polite, professional, and knowledgable. He took the time to explain the whole solar energy process, including how solar panels can help us meet our home's electrical demands, the benefits of purchasing vs leasing, as well as long-term options, costs, savings, and incentives. Joe has handled advertising energy superbly. starting with the planning stage and ending with the installation of our solar system. Communication was straightforward by phone, text, and email. I can't express how efficient and straightforward Joe was throughout this process. I can't express enough how grateful I am to Joe and the whole ad energy and sunpower teams for their support. They performed a fantastic job installing my solar panels, from repairing the roof to adding the polar panels." - Janet
"The SunPower solar installation process was thoroughly discussed by Bob Schiffer. Bob assisted us by collaborating with a roofing firm and a company that removes trees, and he made it simple to comprehend how the process works and the advantages of buying vs leasing. The only thing Bob gave us were his initials, which are BS. Bob Schiffer went above and above to make time to meet with us on a Saturday, spend time with us, thoroughly explain everything, and guide us through the application process. He checked in with us afterwards and has helped us be ready for each action. Bob Schiffer has our eternal gratitude." - Paredes
"The Ad Energy's Tim Munson was fantastic! He was on point from the evening my wife and I wanted to talk to him about getting solar until the project was finished. He made sure that any problems or worries we had were addressed or that we knew what would happen next. Tim is a wonderful person and a fantastic representative of Ad Energy. He made sure we were informed of and understood all the processes in the procedure. The service is really knowledgable and helpful, and the product is fantastic. Tim was available to respond to any inquiries or modifications that were in the works. I would definitely suggest Tim and Ad Energy for Solar." - Rob
"After conducting a number of interviews, we came to the conclusion that Ad Energy and Solar Mike were the best candidates. Mike was a tremendous assistance through each and every stage of the procedure. In the beginning, we did not intend to install solar panels on our roof, but now that we have them, we cannot imagine life without them." - BV
