"I joined All Seasons Solar back in March, and here we are in December. They finally conceded and sent a contractor to cut down a few trees. It did not take place. Meanwhile, the removal of an extension that had to be built onto the house had adverse effects on the roof. I attempted to follow All Seasons' advice and have my roof repaired before going ahead, but I couldn't afford it, and they wouldn't help me out financially. I was unable to pay for a roof until November when I located another firm that could repair it and paid for my roof as well. I then phoned All Seasons and politely asked to be released from my 9-month-old agreement. They replied "OK" but then indicated I may be charged up to $5,000, which was not at all what their salesperson had claimed would happen. I worked with three different project managers, none of whom appeared to know what the others were doing, over the course of nine months, and I still didn't find a solution to the issue. The second firm signed me up in November; the trees and roof are complete, and an installation date is forthcoming. All I wanted was for All Seasons to honor the assurances given to me by my All Seasons salesman that I may terminate my agreement at any point before the installation date without incurring any fees. Any business that treats its customers the manner that this one treated me should be avoided. No installation has been completed nine months after I joined. The owner is refusing to do the kind thing and allowing me to go with another person. My contact at the other firm says he even phoned and yelled obscenities at him." - William B.

His rate was twice as high as what the meters showed. I was quoted a figure that was double what the home really required. I asked again and again for an update to be sent. However through All Season Solar never actually installed the equipment as per the contract, the project was declared complete 10 months into a 5-and-a-half-month timeframe.
