This firm did not stop calling until I threatened to go to the police. The same aggressive and obnoxious salesman Luke (he wouldn't give me his last name) contacted me four times, despite my repeated requests via email to remove my number from their list and not pressure me to do business with them. I chose another company because they offered a better price and seemed like a legitimate business that would not treat me like crap. This organization is perfect for you if you like buying used cars and dealing with aggressive, sly-talking salesmen. Don't get involved with this scam. - Allen F.

I joined All Seasons Solar back in March, and here we are in December. They finally conceded and sent a contractor to cut down a few trees. It did not take place. Meanwhile, the removal of an extension that had to be built onto the house had adverse effects on the roof. I attempted to follow All Seasons' advice and have my roof repaired before going ahead, but I couldn't afford it, and they wouldn't help me out financially. I was unable to pay for a roof until November when I located another firm that could repair it and paid for my roof as well. I then phoned All Seasons and politely asked to be released from my 9-month-old agreement. They replied OK" but then indicated I may be charged up to $5,000, which was not at all what their salesperson had claimed would happen. I worked with three different project managers, none of whom appeared to know what the others were doing, over the course of nine months, and I still didn't find a solution to the issue. The second firm signed me up in November; the trees and roof are complete, and an installation date is forthcoming. All I wanted was for All Seasons to honor the assurances given to me by my All Seasons salesman that I may terminate my agreement at any point before the installation date without incurring any fees. Any business that treats its customers the manner that this one treated me should be avoided. No installation has been completed nine months after I joined. The owner is refusing to do the kind thing and allowing me to go with another person. My contact at the other firm says he even phoned and yelled obscenities at him." - William B.

The rep drove out to my home to give me a price. The quantity of electricity the home consumes, he noted, is the determining factor. The price will vary based on how many solar panels are needed. His rate was twice as high as what the meters showed. I was quoted a figure that was double what the home really required. I asked again and again for an update to be sent. Someone said I must have slipped between the cracks. There has been NO QUOTE in almost a month. - Ross H.

In January 2020, I was sold a solar power system along with the necessary electrical components. However through All Season Solar never actually installed the equipment as per the contract, the project was declared complete 10 months into a 5-and-a-half-month timeframe. Even though I had around $13,000 in unfinished work, I was still charged the whole amount. All Season Solar charged me for this job but never completed it, and I didn't find out that it wasn't included in their plans until I went through the checklist with the installation technicians (paid automatically via Tech CU financing). I lost this sum, and All Season Solar has made it clear they have no plans to reimburse me since they do not consider doing so to be ethical. - Larry D.

That we may have been duped. After three months of paying twice (to All Season Solar and the electric provider), we are getting nowhere with All Season Solar. Everyone is pointing fingers at one another. I would never suggest it to a friend. - Sam G.
