We found a pre-existing issue in my electrical panel during the installation (it was actually melting). AES did a great job of analyzing the problem, going through possibilities, and solving it. The fact that the fee for the extra work was SO VERY REASONABLY PRICED, in my opinion, testifies to their ethical attitude.
