"After hearing their radio advertisement, I decided to check out what they had to offer. After filling out their online form, I requested an email with the results so that I could review them and be ready for our phone conversation when they phoned to go over my price. I never heard back from them. After a couple of days, someone called to set up a video conference to discuss the quote in more detail. To evaluate and be ready for the meeting, I requested the quotation be forwarded to me. Not even a quote yet. I got a call the day before the meeting saying they had to postpone it due to unforeseen circumstances, which is fair enough. They stated they'd call in a few days since they couldn't predict when I'd be available for the meeting. After two weeks, they finally got back to me. When they called two weeks later to reschedule, I informed them that I had never gotten the quotation and so was not interested. It's very bad, considering they were the first business I contacted about this service." - William D.

"In order for Sandy to make good on her promise to pay my solar bills, she insisted that I provide her a positive rating on Google and the BBB. Over 4 weeks have passed and still no payment has been made. There has been no response to the several voicemails and messages I have left her enquiring about the standing of my solar payment plan." - Jayden E.

They made me change my plan, so now I'm paying double or triple what I used to pay (depending on the month) for the aps plus a panel surcharge. "I really wish I could give a higher rating. We have now had our consulting appointment "rescheduled" eight times. The first attempt was over a month late because of a "lost" system update. It seemed like every day we would get a new update saying something like, "we need to push you to a later time in the day" or "we need to push you to a different day altogether." We're trying to accommodate "Sandy's needs" as best we can, despite both my husband and I have full-time jobs. Even more "lucky" for us, Sandy personally messaged us to apologize for double booking once again. Don't spend your time being dragged about by this shady business. "I would advise anyone who hears her on the radio to be cautious before agreeing to meet outside her home. Ask Solar Sandy would prefer to meet with you at your home and only then give you the report that was discussed. If you decide to do business with them, I recommend reading the report beforehand so you can prepare questions before the meeting. Although Ask Solar Sandy claims to only educate others, you may find (as I did) that the method is a means to an end: getting into your home. I have my doubts about their honesty.
