Ask Solar Sandy online reputation

In general, customers have had a positive experience with Ask Solar Sandy. The great quality of their items and the professionalism they got from the staff have been lauded by many. However, some customers were unhappy with the service's slow response times and lack of assistance. Despite these concerns, Ask Solar Sandy continues to be a go-to source for solar power products and services.
"After hearing their radio advertisement, I decided to check out what they had to offer. After filling out their online form, I requested an email with the results so that I could review them and be ready for our phone conversation when they phoned to go over my price. I never heard back from them. After a couple of days, someone called to set up a video conference to discuss the quote in more detail. To evaluate and be ready for the meeting, I requested the quotation be forwarded to me. Not even a quote yet. I got a call the day before the meeting saying they had to postpone it due to unforeseen circumstances, which is fair enough. They stated they'd call in a few days since they couldn't predict when I'd be available for the meeting. After two weeks, they finally got back to me. When they called two weeks later to reschedule, I informed them that I had never gotten the quotation and so was not interested. It's very bad, considering they were the first business I contacted about this service." - William D.
"In order for Sandy to make good on her promise to pay my solar bills, she insisted that I provide her a positive rating on Google and the BBB. Over 4 weeks have passed and still no payment has been made. There has been no response to the several voicemails and messages I have left her enquiring about the standing of my solar payment plan." - Jayden E.
"Solar Sandy is a wonderful company, nice and responsive. However, now that the system is installed, no one checks to see if it's working properly. They made me change my plan, so now I'm paying double or triple what I used to pay (depending on the month) for the aps plus a panel surcharge. So the promise of a near-zero bill didn't come true." - Christopher R.
"I really wish I could give a higher rating. We have now had our consulting appointment "rescheduled" eight times. The first attempt was over a month late because of a "lost" system update. It seemed like every day we would get a new update saying something like, "we need to push you to a later time in the day" or "we need to push you to a different day altogether." We're trying to accommodate "Sandy's needs" as best we can, despite both my husband and I have full-time jobs. Even more "lucky" for us, Sandy personally messaged us to apologize for double booking once again. Don't spend your time being dragged about by this shady business. They are very disorganized, unfriendly, and unappreciative of your time." - Rachel W.
"I would advise anyone who hears her on the radio to be cautious before agreeing to meet outside her home. Ask Solar Sandy would prefer to meet with you at your home and only then give you the report that was discussed. If you decide to do business with them, I recommend reading the report beforehand so you can prepare questions before the meeting. Although Ask Solar Sandy claims to only educate others, you may find (as I did) that the method is a means to an end: getting into your home. I have my doubts about their honesty. Do not contact this company, it is a waste of your time." - Brian K.
"Expert in solar energy who is both fascinating and knowledgeable. Energy and cost estimates have been confirmed, and a novel and compelling method has been developed. developed a strategy that takes into account our energy use both now and in the future. Did a great job of succinctly answering our queries. Attractive in her marketing, she won us over with common principles and a promise to stick to them. My other half and I have decided to go with Solar Sandy. As an engineer (with a pe and an ms in the power industry), I am sick of the seven sales calls a day I receive from the solar industry. We waited to decide until we sought out Solar Sandy since my wife (who has a degree in business/commerce) insisted we do so." - John F.
"They were patient and accommodating with my several queries. I was curious about this yet apprehensive to take the plunge. Solar Sandy was open and honest throughout, providing thorough explanations of all steps. Have sizable savings and want to continue doing so in the future." - Mark T.
"Using Solar Sandy was a fantastic experience for me. We'd been considering getting solar panels installed, but we couldn't determine which firm to deal with since there seem to be so many of them. After Solar Sandy visited my home in person, I had no trouble putting my faith in her. She patiently explained everything and even offered to cover the interest on our solar loan for the first two years. We chose to rebuild the roof at the same time and were able to finance both projects with the same low-interest mortgage. In addition, we got almost $22,000 in refunds from the government that we spent to redo our backyard. Even with leaving the Christmas lights on overnight in December and January, our APS bill has been reduced to practically nothing, which is great. Solar Sandy was the best choice we could have made." - Matthew S.
"As a member of the "solar sandy family" for over a year now, I can confidently state that I couldn't be happier! Our monthly expenses are now almost nothing. My power rates have been stable even with the addition of charging my EV at home. My ONE and ONLY gripe? Even in February 2022, Sandy can't clear the skies and let the sunshine." - Thomas O.
"This business provides outstanding support because its employees really value their clients. Sandy has been professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process, beginning with the designs and ending with the installation. To ensure you are getting the most out of your Solar panels, they will even keep an eye on your monthly power bill and make modifications as needed. Ask Solar Sandy is an excellent resource. From the initial planning stages to the final product, our family has been really satisfied." - Andrew P.

Although it seems to be a contemporary and expert page, the Facebook page for the Ask Solar Sandy firm is not particularly well-liked. It seems to be updated seldom and has a small number of subscribers. At first glance, it seems to be authentic, yet the company's website has very little useful information. They seem to be mostly focused on solar energy, which is covered in some intriguing and informative images and films, but there are no connections to any of their initiatives. It is hard to judge if the page and the firm can be trusted given the low number of members and the little information about the company on their page.
