Aurora Solar online reputation

Aurora Solar has more than a decade of experience in the solar sector, and its goods, customer service, and technical knowledge are all top-notch. Aurora Solar has received rave reviews from customers time and time again. Customers are especially impressed with the company's skilled employees, fast response times, and expert installation procedures. Aurora Solar's web evaluations back up their claims that they're dedicated to their customers and that they provide high-quality, cost-effective solar energy solutions.
"Aurora Solar assessed my roof before I made the decision to acquire solar panels from them. Ten years of life expectancy was estimated for the roof. (I purchased the house without knowing the exact year of the last roof installation.) My roof failed less than 16 months after I installed solar panels. It turned out to be much beyond the warranty's expiration date. I would have waited to buy the solar panels until after the roof repair if Aurora Solar had provided me with accurate, honest information regarding the roof. It will cost me about $7,300 to have the panels taken down and reinstalled. This is ridiculous." - Jacob K.
"The panels themselves are OK, however, there was a lot of miscommunication throughout the installation process. We were given conflicting information from Aurora Solar's headquarters offices and the local offices/sales reps. Our need for a modest roof repair was complicated by the fact that the two Aurora Solar offices couldn't seem to come to terms with one another, leaving us in the awkward position of mediating their disagreements. After much deliberation, we decided to go with the local office's suggested course of action, and so we forked up the requested $3,700. The workers showed up ready to fix everything for free, but we had already paid for it ourselves and completed the installation. Since we had to pay for work that didn't end up having to be done, Aurora Solar promised to reimburse us $1,500; however, we have yet to see any of that money in our accounts or on our loan. After the first sign-up process, I don't believe there is much more interaction. The procedure began in March, but due to delays in communication, we were just granted authorization to begin operations this week in October. The panels are decent, and the service is valuable, however it seems that Aurora Solar cannot handle unexpected issues." - Ethan L.
"A friend of mine in the area recommended Aurora Solar to me. One should not use the term "referred" too strongly. When I inquired about the solar panel installer, my neighbor recommended Aurora Solar. He warned me to be careful since he had yet to activate his solar power system due to the long wait for a replacement component. I should have heeded the advice. After some small setbacks (missed appointments, etc.), I finally had my system up and running. When I turn the system on, the breakers trip almost instantly. After my call to customer support, someone is on their way to fix the problem. After a month, someone eventually emerges, but his report to customer service is incomplete. Since the field agents haven't reported back, I can't receive any information about the problem when I phone customer support. They take the easy way out by saying, "It's the customer's house, not our system," rather than sending out an electrician to remedy the issue. The lack of staff to maintain the machinery is a major problem. You are responsible for solving your own issues. Best of luck." - Michael B.
"They made lofty predictions, but nothing materialized. The agent went completely insane when I tried to negotiate having a few more panels added to our agreement. He told me through text that he was done working with individuals like me and that the agreement was off. It caught me off guard. This came as a complete shock, particularly since I had planned to give them $25. A manager I contacted assured me that another agent will get in touch with me the following day to make up for the miscommunication that had occurred. Nobody got back to me after that. They seem really kind at first, but if they don't get what they want, they'll go on to the next easy mark. There are other, superior businesses available. Verify if the representative is who they claim to be." - Alexander J.
"I was dissatisfied from the very beginning of this procedure. Every day, I would get calls from people wanting to install, and each time, I would ask for a representative to contact me back and answer a few questions beforehand. Then, when I was ready to begin the installation, I asked Aurora Solar to contact my wife, as she would be at home between the hours of 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. Because my wife has an evening shift, I asked Aurora Solar to contact her between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. instead, but they phoned around 5 or 6 p.m. to schedule the installation, at which point she texted me from the office to advise me to just deal with it. Then, the electrician didn't show up for the installation!?! The electrician returned a few days later, but he still wasn't able to complete the work since he needed more components and Aurora Solar support was closed due of the late hour. He may have even informed my wife that he wasn't finished. Moreover, I have gotten at least ten emails urging me to do an install survey that I do not believe is complete. Then I was instructed to photograph any unfinished work. No one ever told me that! Wow, that's some terrible news." - William E.
"The crew that came out was fantastic. told me in detail what was going on. Taught me about the features that were added. gathered up the discarded materials and rubbish from the installation process. All in all, I had a fantastic day and am delighted with how the installation turned out. I'm just waiting for the city to finish their inspection so I can switch on the panels." - Joshua E.
"Aurora Solar distinguished out from other firms in my region because they took the time to explain how the equipment functioned, how the project would progress, and how I could utilize all of the available incentives to make the switch to solar energy simple and inexpensive. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and kind, going out of their way to work with my schedule and price point and answer my many questions. Absolutely thrilled, in fact. I have and will continue to enthusiastically suggest Aurora Solar to all of my friends, neighbors, and family members. Thank you for the excellent work and the very cheap price of my monthly electricity payment." - Daniel R.
"The experience of working with Aurora Solar was rewarding. Communication was superb throughout the permits, installation and inspection process. Our system was installed in less than a day by a very skilled and efficient staff. After installation was complete, Ion ensured all essential inspections were conducted in a timely way in order for us to have our system up and running. Very professional service!" - Jayden C.
"As early as the first moment Our solar panels from Aurora Solar were installed in less than two weeks after signing, which was much sooner than anticipated. When we had trouble seeing our panels on the app, we called Tim, our sales agent, and he promptly addressed our concerns and answered all of our inquiries. Thanks to his expert advice and helpfulness, we made the best possible choice." - Noah H.
"Anthony began the procedure by outlining its planned progress and next steps. He was very kind and helpful in answering my questions. It was a pleasure working with people who kept me informed, even when we had to postpone due to bad weather and other personal problems. Everyone who visited my house was kind, considerate and well informed. You made it pretty easy, and I really appreciate that. I have already told all my friends how wonderful you are." - Christopher D.
