Buglet Solar online reputation

Customer opinions of the Buglet Solar Electric are often conflicting. Even while some clients are pleased with the goods and services provided by the business, other clients are not. Positive comments highlight the superiority and dependability of solar panels. The simplicity of installation and the monitoring system, which offers relevant information on energy output, are valued by customers. Bart and Whitney, the proprietors, are complimented for their excellent customer service and eagerness to assist with any problems that may occur. Customers believe that Buglet Solar offers excellent value for money and like the fact that it is a local business with headquarters in Golden, Colorado. Negative evaluations, on the other hand, draw attention to installation-related issues, shoddy communications, and scheduling issues. Customers who purchased solar panels have expressed dissatisfaction with its performance, noting lesser power generation than anticipated, particularly under less than perfect weather conditions. Customer service's promptness and effectiveness have also come under fire, with some clients reporting getting disrespectful and unhelpful responses to their inquiries. Overall, Buglet Solar Electric might do better in several areas, including communication and performance, despite its strengths in high-quality items and sometimes helpful customer service.
"Bad drivers. On the highway, you sped by individuals who were stopped for you and drove over the solid lines." - Taylor
"I've only just gotten around to buying Buglet Solar, but I've already been using it for a couple of weeks. It was easy to set up the solar panels, and they seem to be of high quality. On bright days, the system produces a respectable quantity of energy, but when the sky is overcast, its output drops down somewhat. Overall, it's a solid solar option, however I was hoping for somewhat more efficiency in less than perfect circumstances." - Martin
"A month after having Buglet Solar placed on my roof, everything seems to be functioning normally. There is a sense of reliability and quality in the panels. In addition to the production statistics provided by the monitoring system, I like the ability to check my own energy use. A couple questions I had took longer to be addressed than I would have liked, so I think customer service might improve. Apart from that, it's a quite effective solar power option." - Eddie
"I should not have gotten a Buglet Solar system for my house. Difficulties in scheduling and poor lines of communication plagued the installation procedure. Also, the solar panels haven't proven very effective. The energy output falls short of expectations even on clear days, and it drops dramatically when clouds roll in. Despite my repeated attempts to contact customer assistance about these concerns, I have only received condescending and useless replies. Based on my experience, I would not suggest using Buglet Solar." - Adam
"Since I set up Buglet Solar, it's been nothing but a headache. As soon as a few months had passed after installation, one of the panels began acting up, and it took the firm weeks to bring someone out to fix it. Unfortunately, after a short time of the repair, the identical panel failed again. The system's overall performance has been terrible, providing just a small percentage of the energy I require. Due to my negative experience with Buglet Solar, I would not recommend purchasing their products to anybody." - Ben
"The bifacial carport that Bart, Whitney, and their crew built for us on the south side of the home is fantastic. The unique carport they built for us looks great, and it provides welcome summer shade for the south side of our property. Four years in, one of our LG panels had already lost a third of its output. They went to the trouble of tracking out a suitable replacement panel for the now-obsolete original. Superb assistance after the fact!" - harrison
"The firm owners Bart and Whitney are a pleasure to work with. They've been running a successful business out of their Golden, CO, home for years, which means they save money on rent, utilities, and other overhead expenses and pass those savings on to you. If your roof isn't suitable for solar panel installation, they will construct a carport for you and include that cost into the rebates, etc." - John
"Since I started my company approximately 15 years ago, Bart and Whitney have helped me with a variety of tasks for both my house and my company. Fantastic individuals who can be relied upon and in whom one may take pride to do business." - Basil
"Both Whitney and Bart are amazing people. They offered excellent service both before and throughout the installation of our new system. Extremely satisfied with both the quality and the price - an excellent deal overall. Now, some eighteen months later, the inverter had a difficulty connecting with the manufacturer, and Bart returned to the scene to assist in troubleshooting the issue. Wonderful family company, just the kind of thing you'd anticipate finding in a little community. I would have no hesitation in doing business with them again! 5 stars." - Dane
"I really don't have enough good things to say about Buglet. They installed our photovoltaic system. They behave as if they are a large firm with plenty of resources because they are able to do all that a large corporation is capable of accomplishing (such as all of the paperwork associated with Excel, etc.), despite the fact that they are a very small organization. Additionally, they are a local company based in Golden, Colorado, and they provide the most value for the money in terms of their goods. In addition, they have access to a great deal more, including practically everything that the larger companies can supply, but they do it with the high-quality service that is characteristic of smaller businesses." - Todd
