EIS Solar online reputation

Customers have had a generally favorable impression of EIS Solar. The quality of their goods and the professionalism of their customer service have both been complimented by several clients. However, there have been a few gripes from buyers about the pricey setup and lengthy delivery times. Customers are nevertheless satisfied with EIS Solar's dedication to offering high-quality solar energy solutions, despite these challenges.
"Rocco gave me a presentation at my house. I waited 3 hours after the consultant's arrival to view the data. He was already 20 minutes late when he said this. The prices were very high, so I had to pass. They promised to come back a week later with a revised price and more discounts. On a Saturday morning, I rearranged my plans to accommodate them. They never showed up or called. So, what did it lead to? I will not be doing any business with you. I finally heard back from them on Sunday, and we said our goodbyes." - Jett T.
"Since September, when I first noticed the leak, I have made many phone calls, an electrician has been sent, and the roof has been fixed multiple times, yet the leak persists. Even after many calls to customer support, they refuse to take responsibility for their shoddy work and instead provide excuses. They informed me I had to pay them to take the solar panels off my roof so that I could hire someone to fix the damage they caused. I have a report where they state they were responsible for the leak, but now they say the roof is old since it has been leaking for so long after being replaced. If you are reading this, please don't buy solar panels from EIS Solar. Bad company with terrible customer service." - Brett S.
"Installation went great, would have recommended them to anyone. I have had the system for less than three years and it has stopped working three times. I have lost hundreds of dollars. Every time it breaks it takes multiple calls to get service. They do not back their products with reputable services. My son recently built a new home with electric heat and solar panels, I did not recommend EIS Solar and would not recommend them to anyone. Sales and installation are good, but service after being paid is horrible." - Ramon A.
"Poor service to the public. There was no rudeness on anyone's part throughout the transaction. However, when the panels were set up, they needed to be checked for loose screws that would cause them to dislodge during a storm. After 2 years, our inverter finally gave out, and it's taken almost 4 weeks of continual nagging to obtain any answers. Don't bother responding to emails right away. There have been cancellations and rescheduling of appointments." - Davis R.
"The contract is signed in December 2020. The project is still not completed. It's not their fault, they say. In fact, the fault lies with them. The required completion dates have not been met and the necessary utility documents have not been submitted. They have no idea what is going on. When I signed the contract, I was assured that everything would go smoothly and quickly. The extra year of delay until 2022 will cost me thousands of dollars." - Lance C.
"In December of 2018, I finished installing 25 solar panels on my roof. I have spread the word about EIS extensively since then. From the first sales call to the last handshake, everyone I interacted with was kind, helpful, and above all else, knowledgeable about and able to explain the technology to someone like me. I felt that all of my concerns were addressed and answered thoroughly throughout the procedure. I still feel extremely fortunate to have taken the decision to invest in EIS and have not had any regrets." - Dane F.
"Before making the switch to solar power, I spoke with no less than five experts. A solar workshop hosted by Home Depot was the first. A price of $8.00 per watt was given by the second solar expert. The third and fourth contractors showed up. However, I have to say that I liked #5 the most. He was the only one who dared climb up on my precarious roof to obtain precise measurements. When I saw that the price per watt was under $6, I was convinced. About a year after that firm of solar consultants up and left town, he found employment with EIS. EIS did a great job installing my second solar system, an 12KW ground mount array that cost $5.00 per watt. The quantity of solar projects EIS has accomplished is astounding, and I know many people who are happy with their service. Therefore, I am partial to EIS Solar and envious of you since you may be able to obtain a cheaper price per watt today than I did." - Jimmy K.
"In the month of December, we installed 50 solar panels. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and with the quality of service, we received from everyone at EIS. The winters here in southern Ohio may be brutal. Because of this, our solar panels are often covered with snow. Still, we saw a 60% decrease in our monthly electricity cost. That's quite good for the first 20 days!" - Jerry L.
"I spent four years learning about solar energy before deciding on EIS as my installer. I had concerns regarding photovoltaics and the SREC market, and they were the only firm at the time that could provide satisfactory answers. The installation was completed smoothly and expertly. This installation was the cheapest and neatest that the electrical and utility inspectors had ever seen. If you're thinking about getting solar panels, EIS comes very recommended from me." - Tony D.
"The whole service was impressive in its presentation, execution, and "total" quality. All registrations, including for an aggregate, are finalized, the meter has been swapped out, and the operation of the system has begun. Never before have I seen anything so difficult rendered so simple. I also like that the firm solely utilizes items created in the USA. Many homeowners are seeing this as an opportunity because of the falling cost of solar panels, and working with EiS..... makes it easy as pie. We've done a ton of work to this house, and by far, this firm is the best we've ever worked with. They have our enthusiastic endorsement." - Larry A.
