Even after many calls to customer support, they refuse to take responsibility for their shoddy work and instead provide excuses. They informed me I had to pay them to take the solar panels off my roof so that I could hire someone to fix the damage they caused. I have a report where they state they were responsible for the leak, but now they say the roof is old since it has been leaking for so long after being replaced. However, when the panels were set up, they needed to be checked for loose screws that would cause them to dislodge during a storm. After 2 years, our inverter finally gave out, and it's taken almost 4 weeks of continual nagging to obtain any answers. Don't bother responding to emails right away.
