"Their own installers missed two inspections during the installation process. They eventually turned up on the third try about a month later, but the inspection was unsuccessful since they did not have all the required papers. I could only ever get through to anybody throughout this period (from install to now) after 3 days of phoning practically nonstop. A follow-up was often promised to me, but I only ever got one. I would have never continued working with them and would have been content to spend more money with anybody else if I had knew they were that difficult to deal with after speaking with their sales guy. My recommendation is to stay far away from this business. They weren't price competitive enough to be even nearly worth the hassle, and it will probably be simpler to deal with anybody else." - Nick
"EXTREMELY BAD This firm is not anything I advise. They took their time getting Rocky Mountain Power's clearances despite my request for installation in September 2022. I had to give them a call to remind them to complete the permissions. Then, after numerous difficulties, they turned on the meter. It hasn't been successful even once yet. They dispatched a technician to repair the meter, but the issue is still there, so I'm reporting it now. Every day, we get a message that "There is a problem with your Meter measurements," despite the fact that we pay a high power bill. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Lehi Power, in my opinion, but I would also anticipate that Elan would keep an eye on Lehi Power to ensure that their objectives were met. Elan doesn't seem to have done that. Other than that, however, communication was excellent, the installation occurred without a hitch, and everything that followed was promptly and without incident.
