"I called one of your representatives earlier today to go through some possibilities. He recruited a second secret spy to help. The APS representative on the other end of the line immediately asked for my login details. This is something no respectable company would ever do. He said he was unable to act on my behalf given the available data. I made light of the situation and emphasized that I would never give out my personal details over the phone. There he goes," he said to his colleague after apparently thinking I had hung up the phone. WHAT A DISGUSTING PIECE OF CRAP! HOW RUDE! WHAT A BUNCH OF CRAP! I informed him that I was still connected and he resumed his tirade. After returning, the first agent said he missed the conclusion. After some back-and-forth, we finally broke up our business relationship. He sympathized and promised to escalate the situation. However, the first broker has to be let go without delay. Although I seldom do so, I want to tell as many people as possible about this experience. No reasonable person would do business with someone who spoke that way about their clientele." - Ricky M.

"This has to be the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. They were all cheerful and helpful during the installation process, but now that it's over, it's as if I'm on my own. In the first month of usage, I saw a $130 rise in my electricity bill due to system problems. In addition to the $145 monthly price, I had to pay APS in full since the system was not generating power. Their "escalation department" got in touch with me and asked for my APS bill as proof. I've left two voicemails and three emails with no response in the previous three weeks. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS! I plan on seeing a lawyer about my contract to find out if I can get out of it." - Davis T.

"Avoid doing business with them. Justin, one of their sales representatives, lied to us about several things and won't even answer our phone calls. Seone calls have appeared. They will say anything to get your patronage. They neglected to install the bird protection that was supposed to come standard with the solar installation and prevent birds from using the solar panels as roosts. We have tried calling and emailing the firm many times, but they have not responded to any of our inquiries. If the promised bird protection has not been installed by the next payment due date, we shall notify the financing firm of the reason for our delay in making payments. If this doesn't work, we'll have to take this to court. Do Not Believe the Lies of this Company." - Lance E.

"Do not deal with this organization. Many more solar energy businesses would very doubt also reply. There was a six-month delay! To get our solar panels activated. Absolutely not. This usually takes a month, but since this firm is so terrible at keeping in touch, it took twice as long. They move quickly to get you to sign, but good luck receiving responses or assistance thereafter. We contacted customer service, thinking that maybe it was an isolated incident, only to learn that this was standard procedure. I've tried calling and texting, but nobody ever gets back to me, and when they do, they either blame their employer or TEP, which is ridiculous considering TEP's profitability. I’m only trying to be helpful by warning others. Do not hire this firm." - Leon A.

"Bruce the solar salesman assured me that my only cost would be the standard rate for power. For 8 years, you'll just have to spend $2,500 for the panels' setup. The night before, I signed the legal papers. My original 8-year payment plan is now 15 years because of interest. My new payment is three times what it would be without solar energy. Such a tragic loss! Forget about selling my home till the solar panels are paid for. That's it, we're in deep doodoo! Throw away your cash! Forget about helping the planet." - Kelvin P.
