If there are revisions, they must notify us and agree beforehand. They never notified us they upgraded our main panel before, during, or after installation. The excuse is illogical. Based on our electrical system, the installer constructed the solar system. They should have told us we needed a main panel update by then. We were sent by a family friend, who earned her cash-back but is still working on the recommendation. The agent has several reasons for not giving the referral reward yet." - nemesis

But our solar power failed again a week later on April 4, 2022. After my second call to Gold Rush Energy, Tim was sent to have a look. He showed up within an hour, examined the breaker, and discovered the connection to be sloppy, which he then fixed. The lights have come back on.
