HES Solar online reputation
HES Solar seems confusing based on consumer feedback. Some customers have had great experiences working with the business, while others have had worse than ideal encounters. My project manager didn't answer my emails and made errors with the solar panels. I was fortunate to catch the error by reading the contract attentively. She answered my email two weeks afterwards. HES offered to utilize an older panel with extra panels to compensate. No problem. Install the schedule. She was "kind" to inquire when was fine for me, but I replied her offered date wasn't acceptable since my daughter has her SAT exam and I can't be home for installation. "Next choice," she said. My "choice" day was silent. I know folks are worried, but we don't treat our HES contract customers that way. Installation and others were OK. Project managers are not customer-focused. Due to the project manager, I won't suggest HES to anybody. After signing the contract, HES will alter your mentality. I found it unpleasant." - Xi C.

"I spoke with Robert (the salesman) seven weeks ago since the window for grandfathering NEM2 is fast closing. He first answered, but he has since stopped responding. They helped me with my first installation, and now I want to expand the size of my system. They must have more important and better occupations, and without them I doubt I'll be able to find someone else in time. Likewise reached out to their front desk and used the online form. "HES Solar's roofing quotation was "too good to be true" therefore we didn't use them. They utilize zoom for their quotation meeting and expect clients to know more about solar and roofs than they do. After emailing and asking further questions, the roofing quotation was nearly $2,000 more than the first estimate. excluding unexpected fascia or board repairs. Andrew Bakaine blamed us for "not providing enough information for an accurate quote" after we told them HES was the first company we spoke to and had no knowledge of the roof since previous owners did not provide. Triston Burton, our HES sales representative, was very knowledgeable about his industry and promptly returned our mails about any queries we had. He is a fantastic young guy who finds solutions. Ryan Hall, our case manager, kept us informed on the project's progress. With some delays caused by the weather and the number of customers who wanted solar before the April deadline, we began the solar project at the beginning of December and finished it in the middle of February.
