Infinity Energy Inc. online reputation

Customers' opinions of Infinity Energy Inc. are mostly favorable. They have a large client base because of their affordable charges, consistent service, and helpful staff. Some consumers, however, have voiced displeasure at the company's lack of plan options and billing clarity. Despite this, Infinity Energy Inc. has kept up its stellar reputation in the industry for delivering reliable power solutions.
"This is without a doubt the worst business I've ever had to deal with. Those people are a slew of liars and amateurs who will never stop giving you the runaround. My wait for solar energy to be installed has lasted more than six months. Rats went into my basement because the people that broke my stucco left the opening wide open. Getting rid of them was a huge financial burden for me. Choosing this business was the worst choice I've ever made. In no uncertain terms, avoid working with this firm." - Mario B.
"My solar panel installation was supposed to be completed in October 2020, however it is now October 2021. Stay well away from Infinity Energy since they can't deliver on big residential solar installations on schedule. Their internal communication was terrible, and their communication with me, the client, was nonexistent. That was the worst time of my life." - Roman P.
"I have one of their systems that they installed the first week of February 2020 and it has never worked properly, it did not work at all until after April 27th, 2020, because infinity would not return calls to the power company or send them the permits required, and the system will not generate enough electricity to cover any electric bills. These are the worst individuals I've ever dealt with, so if you're interested in solar energy, I'd recommend going elsewhere." - Jared W.
"After closing on a property that already had solar panels installed, I had the cost of those panels added to my mortgage and then phoned the solar panel provider to let them know the system was officially mine. To put the Solar account and Warranty in my name, they charged me $500. I did not find this acceptable, and I do not believe that anybody else would either. Unfair, unscrupulous, and greedy attempt to make a profit. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!" - Leo S.
"The 30% Solar tax credit was rolled into my loan as a lump amount for the 20th month, and my payments were higher as a result. The IRS does not, contrary to what you may have been led to believe upon signing up, give refunds for the tax credit. After the day your solar panels are installed, Infinity Energy will no longer assist you and will instead direct you to the Solar Monitoring Company if you have any problems. They never checked in with me to see how things were doing; instead, we had to determine for ourselves whether or not the system is operating at full capacity. Again, when the system is set up, you won't be able to contact them or obtain any assistance. No update has been given after solar employees abandoned ship. The door-to-door sales rep that was working on my installation abruptly left midway through. Zero attention is shown to customers. As the old adage goes, "TALK TO YOUR CPA" if you're having trouble figuring out your tax credit. We were on the medical baseline, other solar firms told us they couldn't assist us, but this one demonstrated savings to us that we have yet to realize. We were expecting a return of $13.462.78 in one lump payment, but it now seems that we will have to pay more. If you get a tax return, the salespeople will encourage you to use that money toward paying down your debt. But they don't inform you that a credit from the IRS is merely a credit and not a refund if you owe money to the federal government." - Mateo T.
"From the time I was first introduced to Alexis at Infinity Energy until now, months later, when we've had a few small difficulties and queries, he's been there the whole time, making sure everything is taken care of without my having to pick up the phone and call again. The setup took a fraction of a second. Just 18 days after we joined up, the panels were installed. I appreciate Infinity Energy because they are the only business that would sell me solar panels without putting a lien on my house or affecting my credit score. My credit history wasn't a problem, so I used my newfound credit to buy a vehicle. Alexis, in particular, along with the installation teams, deserves my gratitude. They complement my home's sleek black design well. Unlike the garish blue-and-grid ones, these are really rather tasteful. They only utilize the best quality Tier 1 AAA certified panels and backed my purchase with a 25 year warranty and a manufacturing guarantee, so I knew I was in excellent hands. They come with my highest recommendation." - Erick P.
"Infinity not only offered excellent solar system maintenance, but also guided me in making the most prudent choice for my family. I joined up, and installation occurred the very next month. Thanks to their exclusive financing partner, I was able to save over $1,500 per year on my power costs without taking on any more debt or putting a lien on my property. All of the team members, including the installation crew, have NABCEP certification." - Peter G.
"My wife and I were considering purchasing solar panels, and after talking to several companies, we decided to meet with Infinity Energy. We felt like everything was well explained to us and we signed a contract. Everything went according to plan and we now have an 18 watt system." - Rylan L.
"I bought my house in June of 2021, and right away I was bombarded by solar salespeople. They all seemed quite aggressive and uninterested in anything I had to say. I waited a full year before making any kind of comparison. Sometime later, when infinite Energy was working on a neighbor's roof, a salesman called on my house. This time, however, everything was different; the salesman treated me with respect, listened carefully to my worries, and respected my want to delay making a decision. He wrote down my number and phoned me a year later, just as I had requested. We sat down for a presentation, and it was straightforward and informative without feeling like I was given more information than I really need. I appreciate that my debt to income ratio doesn't go down, that my panels are mine to keep, and that everything is set up the way it is. I have and will keep recommending them to everyone I know." - Jaxson G.
"In the two years before, I researched many different solar firms, but I wasn't satisfied with the pricing or the salespeople. My experience with Infinity was simple and quick, with no tricks. I was really anxious about the installation since I had seen several similar ones in which conduit and boxes were scattered around. I had a conversation about this with the installers, and they were extremely careful not to leave any messes on the wall. The installers did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. Having the AC set to freeze over in the summer is great, and we love that there is no electrical bill to worry about." - Hector O.
