The work that should have taken the installers a day to complete took them months. Installation of a 30-day scaffolding. Installers didn't show up as scheduled and never responded to calls or emails. I even reached out to a mediator I knew in the business world, but they were of no help. Infinity Solar assured us they'd contact the installers many times, but nothing changed. We lodged a formal complaint with production through letter. Despite several attempts, nobody responded. In order to get the final paperwork from the corporation, we were required to pay the invoice in full. Our complaint letter was ostensibly "lost in the system" and we weren't contacted until after the final payment was made. We were supposed to be compensated by the installation business, but we never heard anything from them. Infinity Solar keeps apologizing, but their product is pricey and their customer service is terrible." - Rahul P.
