Three separate project managers have worked with me since installation, and two of them left the firm at that time. Throughout this ordeal, Kuubix has been mostly uncommunicative and unproductive. I have been as kind and patient as possible, but I still don't know why the panels I paid for are sitting on my roof doing nothing. I would not use Kuubix again for any solar work. "The technician who came out as part of my home warranty visit said my broken air conditioner was not getting electricity. I made a few calls and had some good conversations. After I sent her a copy of the notes I had the air conditioning business expert jot down, the first person asked me to submit a photo as well. Since it had been some time, she said, the firm would need a good reason to send someone out. The technician showed me that two of the breakers were mislabeled, and another breaker was very loose and perhaps needed replacement, so he was unable to test the unit's functionality. I'm used to hot weather, but this has been ridiculous. Not only has it been about 108 degrees, but I've had two separate groups of guests arrive from very different parts of the country. Someone was supposed to be here yesterday, but they never showed up. If they don't show up today, I'll be hearing from my lawyer. A cardiac condition has left me feeling old and frail. THROW THEM AWAY!!! Now I see why my sales staff abandoned them for a competing company. My top sales rep even reached out to Euubix on my behalf. He is honest and trustworthy.
