I was okay with them doing a mild pull to see if I even qualified. I scheduled a house assessment to determine the condition of the roof, but I was unable to move through with the installation because of my financial situation.Two weeks later, I received a $4200 invoice with the words "cancellation fee." When I contacted Brett, who also happens to be the district manager, he acknowledged the error and promised to fix it. Even though Brett is nowhere to be located, I continue to receive emails concerning the past-due sum. will not respond to emails or texts. I phoned their customer service, and we are presently communicating back and forth. No contractor ever visited my roof, no equipment was ever delivered, and no services were ever rendered.
