New York State Solar Farm online reputation

The New York State Solar Farm (NYSSF) has received a variety of reviews and ratings from satisfied and dissatisfied customers. Some consumers have said that they are content with the level of service provided by the crew, as well as their satisfaction with the panels' quality and the manner in which they were installed. However, some customers have criticized exorbitant costs, forceful and dishonest sales methods, and bad customer service. They also cited terrible customer service. Customers have stated that they have been forced into purchasing solar panels even though they do not need them, which has led to increased monthly expenditures. In general, it would seem that some customers have received service from NYSSF that has been up to their expectations, while other customers' interactions with the organization have been less than ideal.
"Overly pushy and dishonest sales techniques. They insisted on starting a loan and requesting my personal bank information to make payments before agreeing to come out for the site tour. I hadn't even committed to taking on the assignment. They also contacted me every day in an effort to get information from me. I've never dealt with a firm that was so eager to get my bank details before we even scheduled a meeting to finalize the project scope." - Laura
"I decided to contact NYSSF after reading the glowing testimonials and hearing about a colleague who received a terrific discount on his solar system. Pleasant people, but one can only go so far with a grin. A company's willingness to succeed is the deciding factor. The roof-based system that NYSSF estimated was more than twice as expensive as my friend's system, while having same shape and power output. I didn't want to put anything on my 13-year-old roof, so I looked into having a ground-based system constructed on a south-facing slope behind my home. This would allow me to utilize more panels, reducing the need for expensive premium equipment. SunPower said that they could not drill holes for ground mounts because the equipment required to do so could not be driven up the hill. I know the hill can accommodate drilling equipment since my own 400-foot water well was drilled there. I wanted to purchase panels and inverters separately so I could install them myself, but they only sold those items as part of a whole system. If SunPower wants to continue in business once its patents expire, maybe it will become less selective. Until then, I need to find a new coworker. Choosing NYSSF suggests you have a standard, repetitive application and are prepared to pay a premium for pleasant attitudes." - James
"From what I've heard, they're friendly and enthusiastic, but their customer service leaves something to be desired. For example, if you want to switch service providers but your current provider isn't performing adequately, you might have to wait until your outstanding balance with them is paid in full before the new company will visit your home." - Khyber
"The panels are of excellent quality, however I was persuaded to purchase solar panels despite the fact that I had no genuine use for them. The addition of solar panels has resulted in an increase in my monthly cost rather than a decrease. I'm miserable since my lease is for the whole 20 years and I can't get out." - Vas
"I had to redo the review, so I went back. At the beginning of the agreement, I inquired about the possibility of observing the manufacture of each panel, and I was given the assurance that this would be possible. Everything on station went well and there were no issues. In the end, I was successful in getting the software, although it is currently being tested.(Lying) I had a conversation with Antony, who owns the business, and he told me that we can't do that. I'll call you if I can. Let's see if he does. I'll update it again." - Amir
"Our interaction with NYSSF was fantastic from the very beginning to the very end. The crew performed outstanding job that was nice, clean, and professional. We had 37 panels put on five roof surfaces of our house and garage (see image), and they handled all of the work. The electricity generation system has been operational for approximately a month now and is now operating at a quick rate; however, given that it is currently summertime, this is to be anticipated. We are extremely pleased with NYSSF since every member of their staff who assisted us shown genuine concern for our well-being and collaborated with us to fulfill even the most peculiar of our peculiar requirements." - Kevin
"Working with the New York State Solar Farm was one of the highlights of my career. They patiently replied to each and every one of my emails and addressed any and all questions that I had. It makes me quite delighted that we decided to work with them to put solar panels on our home." - Brian
"A fantastic installation, a fantastic group of workers, and fantastic outcomes! During the planning phase, Tate was a tremendous asset, and Bianca, Allyson, and Anthony offered fantastic assistance during the installation. It was a wonderful experience having solar panels from SunPower Maxeon, batteries from Tesla Powerwall, and a Tesla Gateway installed. Only in the month of May was more than one megawatt-hour of electricity produced. Thank you very much, NYSSF team!" - Robert
"As a result, I had to deal with Morganne, and during the whole process, I received nothing but her complete attention and unwavering dedication. She was incredibly knowledgable and responded to every question I had, which was a lot since I had a lot of questions. Even after I had signed the contract, she continued to check in with me to see how things were going and if there was anything she could do to assist me. After the installation was complete and some time had passed, I phoned her for assistance with the paperwork associated with the taxes, and she was more than delighted to assist me. The work that the firm performed was excellent, and because to her effort, devotion, and attention to detail, I am more than satisfied with the results. Thanks again." - John
"When it came to the installation of the solar panels and the powerwalls, I worked with NYSSF. From the beginning stages of planning to the last phases of inspection, I was given individualized attention and guided through the whole of the process. After having the equipment installed, I have not seen any change in the quality of service that I have been getting. I always get timely responses to all of my inquiries, and my problems are treated effectively. Definitely a high-caliber offering from a cutting-edge IT business." - Felix
