"Everything is fine, and the installation went well. But the SALES! The LEADS! When the salesperson first came to my door, I told him, "No thanks, save us both some time, we have a no soliciting sign, have a good night" in the first 30 seconds of his pitch. He then told me that he wasn't in sales but was looking for a contest winner. My husband likes winning, so we let him in. His "very short" summary took 2 hours, and it was at dinner time! As there have been break-ins in my area, we did end up getting the basics, but after that, man, DOWNHILL! Their solar department has called and texted me more than 20 times in three days and won't stop. I had to stop them from calling me. It's annoying to get three phone calls while watching your child play soccer, and that was just on Saturday morning. They try to sell too hard and don't care about their customers. We are done with them after 5 years, and we will not be getting solar from them. STAY AWAY, AND MAKE THEM LEAVE WITH FORCE! THE DEAL IS NOT A DEAL AT ALL!" - Frank R.
"The door-to-door salesman was very rude and didn't know when to stop. I told him I wasn't interested and was having lunch, and he said, "Everyone eats." Since you are on MY property, you can't expect me to listen to your long-winded speech. This company needs to hire people who aren't awkward around other people and can pick up on social cues." - Patrick G.
"I wouldn't use this company if you care about how things look and if the quality of work is important to you. This is the worst job of putting something together I've ever seen. It seems like something I'd pay a drug addict to do. Why wouldn't you hardwire the system in, instead of running wires haphazardly like this? Unfortunately, my past tenants had this installed. Now that they're gone, I asked Paradise Energy Solutions to come to fix or remove the system, but they said they couldn't because I'm not the "account holder." No, I don't even own the house! Don't give this bullshit company a dime of your hard-earned money." - Raymond B.
"I have never dealt with a worse company than this one. During the trial period, when I called to cancel, they insisted that I pay $7,000 for the equipment, which I flatly refused to do. It's been about four weeks since that occurred. Again, this is the third time I've scheduled a technician to come to take down the "$7,000" gear. Nobody has shown up any of the three times. When I went in for the first time, I was assured that the technician had no authority over me. They could have contacted me via phone to inform me, which would have been nice. Instead, I spent about fifteen to twenty minutes on hold and talking to three different people. They tried to get in touch with the tech a second time but were unsuccessful. This time, I was told there was nothing they can do. It's possible that I could pocket the seven grand worth of home appliances I never use by selling them." - Jack D.
"Stay away from Paradise Energy Solutions, because they will take advantage of you. Even though we were told we could, we were tricked into signing a five-year contract that we couldn't get out of when we sold our house. We paid off the equipment, but we forgot to close the credit account that went with it, so the new owner couldn't get the service. We couldn't close the account until we paid the rest of the contract, which we couldn't afford at the time. Even though it was their fault that we couldn't leave the equipment, we had to pay for them to come and take it away. We called back almost a year later to pay the rest of the bill. We were told we only had to pay half of it, so we did. I asked more than once if that was all I had to do to get out of the contract, and the answer was always yes. But we are still being charged the monthly fee after two months. We called again today and were told we had to send an email, even though we had never been told this before. Every time we call them and talk to them, they tell us something different or tell us how things." - Dennis T.
"The guys in Paradise put in their all for the solar mission, and it shows. They work quickly, communicate well, are respectful of our mature trees and flower beds, and have persevered through unforeseen challenges like the sudden bankruptcy of their rack provider. They maintained a clean work area and were kind, considerate men. Even their electronic newsletter is something I look forward to reading. In the year and a half that we've been using solar, we've lowered our two homes, greenhouses, barn/workshop, and two electric cars, which have logged a combined 40,000 miles. I'm planning to invest in a backup battery and will collaborate with Paradise to do so." - Eric L.
"From the initial sales pitch to the finished product, everything went smoothly. Annually, the typical electric bill is $271.52. They have the support of the company behind their installation. Whenever your system experiences a problem. They are prompt in responding to issues and resolving them. I've had problems that I should have reported to Paradise Energy Solutions so that they could have fixed the system. The company's online monitoring service allowed me to quickly identify the issue and alert the appropriate parties. I would use Paradise Energy Solutions again and again if I had to do it all over again. Staff members are highly trained and knowledgeable." - Jonathan K.
"Paradise Energy Solutions is a great choice for anyone who is thinking about going solar. Because this was such a big investment for us, I've waited a whole year to write this review. It was fun to work with both Larry and Justin. There were times when I wish the people working on the system had talked to us a little more, but in the end, everything worked out. We didn't put in our panels the way they were supposed to be put in, but it didn't really matter to us because we have a lot of lands and put in a ground mount. It probably turned out better in the end. With all the rebates, the cost of our solar panels ended up being half of what we were quoted. We've made just a little bit more energy than we thought we would in the year we've had the solar. Have patience. It doesn't always work right, but when it doesn't, it's always been able to fix itself. It's great that we can keep track of how much energy we use each day. I would recommend this business to anyone." - Scott C.
"It's been almost ten years since we first started working with Brandon at Paradise Energy Solutions when a nearby business installed solar panels. We contacted Brandon early on and kept in touch with him as we designed and constructed our home to optimize the performance of the solar panels on the roof. We started working with the group at Paradise Energy after living in our house for a year and keeping track of our energy consumption. We had an excellent experience with Brandon and his company from the time we first contacted him until the completion of our project. Everyone we interacted with was kind, generous, trustworthy, and dependable. Because we were dealing with a Christian-run business, we were able to relax throughout the entire process. If you're thinking about making the switch to solar energy, we highly recommend Paradise Energy Solutions." - Samuel B.
"From my first meeting with the manager, I knew we had to work with Paradise on our solar project. I am a retired temperature control and HVAC service specialist with over 40 years of experience building, installing, and running hospitals, office buildings, and schools. The Paradise staff can get the job done right the first time and will work with you. Gregory was responsible for our project. He told us what was going on once a week as the process progressed. When it's winter in Ohio, chances are the weather will disrupt plans. Gregory did a great job of making sure we would be connected by the end of March 2022, which was our goal. Our first day of work was April 4. The staff was pleasant, helpful, and polite. They cleaned up after themselves and know their business very well. I think Paradise Energy Solutions is a great choice for your solar project." - Alexander A.
