We purchased our system from them in late 2019 and were impressed with the smooth installation process, even though we were away in St. Croix, USVI. Our system has performed exactly as expected since we moved in full-time in February 2020, and we've seen near-zero electric bills from WAPA (Water and Power Authority) thanks to a $250 CARES Act electricity credit received in May 2020.
