The installation team took far longer to install the system than promised from the start, taking twice as long as they projected. The team was also unprofessional and unreliable. They showed up late multiple times without giving any prior notice, which caused me much inconvenience. The installation team also did not properly clean up after themselves, leaving debris and packaging materials scattered around my yard for days. Additionally, the team was unresponsive to my questions and inquiries throughout the process, making it impossible to stay informed about the progress of the project. On top of all that, I was overcharged for their services by the end. I definitely do not recommend Real-Solar Company’s installation team to anyone and would never use them again.
