The solar panels were installed on October 15 after my wife and I gave our consent. My solar panels had been sitting idle for almost three months. I called ReNew Solar Solutions to check again on the status of our solar installation. They keep saying it is because the project manager has to make changes to the original plans and submit them again. For over three months now, the answer has been the same. Without my intervention, I never hear anything more than "still waiting to re-edit the plans"." - James P.
"My first estimate for an 8-kilowatt installation was about $19,000. After expressing my want to meet, arrangements were made. During the conference, I was offered $44,000 for the identical system with two more batteries, even though three days of "engineering" had already shown that the $8,700 estimate was accurate. When I informed them it was too much money for only two batteries, they promptly scheduled a new meeting. After a day of "engineering" (the final meeting) it was concluded that I required a 10kw system, which would cost about $59k. I stopped talking since this seemed like a trap." - Logan O.

In November of 2020, I begin my procedure; on March 18 of the following year, they install it; nevertheless, it is still not connected and has not yielded any results. "This firm will tell you anything to get your money. They put our solar panels in September 2021, and it's now the end of February. We were promised that our system will be up and running within three months. As far as I'm concerned, the only thing that matters is that you're a smartass and know what you're doing. After 6 months, they "trimmed" down a few lower limbs from one tree and said they were done, despite the fact that the seller had assured me they would remove two trees." - Benjamin J.
"Since my first day at work, I've experienced nothing but problems. I can only say good things about the company's salesman. It took four months, but finally the installation began! Due to a lack of coordination, the installation process took roughly a month. Nice project manager and installers, however they had to come back a month later with the required tools since they were given inaccurate information about my property. They never told me when they'd be coming back, they simply did. One of their team members merely showed up one day for the inspection. If you don't contact us, we won't tell you anything. Due to his lack of experience, the individual was unable to remove the electrical panel. We still got a failing grade on the electrical inspection. As for the new inspection, that's still a mystery to us. I have a broken panel that hasn't been fixed yet. The only thing I want at this moment is for them to come undo what they've done. I've lost all trust in the business since every time I call, I simply get the runaround. I'm hoping to get in touch with a higher-up there." - Elijah K.
