"This is the worst firm I have ever had the misfortune of working with. The worst follow-up, service, and outcomes imaginable. That was the worst financial decision I've ever made. How is it that despite having solar panels installed, my monthly electricity costs are above $350, and my devices often malfunction? As a real estate agent, I am familiar with the average monthly power bills of properties of comparable size. STEER CLEAR OF SIGORA HOME! They are quite kind and helpful until they have your money, at which point they become extremely unpleasant." - David G.

Even though it's still under warranty, it's been three months after I contacted Sigora, and the Panel still isn't repaired. Sigora has been difficult to deal with, and the company does not seem to be concerned about the efficiency of your solar panels. If you insist on getting solar panels, I urge you to look elsewhere. "The early days of this firm were fantastic. They were easy to talk to, fast to install our solar panels, and even quicker to pay us. Once that happened, the excellent service stopped. They left four ground rods protruding from the ground when they installed them, rendering them immovable. For the last six weeks, we have been assured that someone would contact us to arrange for this problem to be resolved; yet, the offending protrusions remain above ground. We are still awaiting the repair of another line that was buried under the mound left behind by the workers. I've tried reaching out by phone, email, and text with no response. Previous reviews have said that when contacted, the company is courteous and promises to do the task at hand, but then disappears without further contact. They haven't shown that they would fulfill what they said they would in a timely way, if at all, so I really hope we don't have to use the guarantee they've offered." - Robert J.

"On 10/23/2021, you finished installing my system, but you haven't been back to conduct the final check. No matter how many times you set up a date with them, they never show up. I will not endorse this firm. My one referral sent their details but was never contacted." - Kevin D.

"My power bill has steadily risen over the last three years, and I now realize I've been taken advantage of. Everything I was told was a fraud, from the huge savings and refund I was promised to the promise that I would never get another power bill. Another deception from Sigora that was meant to create credit and make my bill go away entirely was that my power provider had no idea how much I was donating back to the grid. Even with the new energy-efficient appliances I bought after having the panels put, my average monthly energy bill has increased by $160. "After comparing prices, I decided on Sigora. They handled everything required for the necessary permits, HOA paperwork, and inspections. Installation and processing were finished in less than 35 days from the start of the contract. If there was any harm to the installation, they corrected it. After the installation, the outside may be kept cleaner. Pieces of pleas fix and zip ties still turn up on my yard. We're still waiting for the system to be activated.
