"After reviewing your company's response, I still maintain my original position. Unfortunately, your response was irrelevant to my situation. The individual I spoke with said I had to change my plans since the firm I had been working with had lied to me about the panels they planned to use. After examining what was stated to me, your firm apologized through email, claiming they could see why I went with a new provider. No "deposit" was ever taken from me, and your explanation has nothing to do with solar panels." - Bryan T.
"Danny and I discussed this, and he estimated that after three months, our energy cost would be roughly $30. After three months, our energy cost has dropped to $170, which isn't much of an improvement over what we were paying before we installed solar panels. I feel like I was cheated. We also bought two more panels in case we decide to have an electric automobile in the future. Furthermore, I have yet to receive the reimbursement fee that is rightfully ours. The only thing Danny seems to care about is making a sale. After he signed the contract, we stopped communicating with him altogether. Unfortunately, Simple Power Solar didn't give us all of the data we needed from the gecko. Once you've paid off the bill, however, getting in touch with them is much more difficult than it was in the beginning. My recommendation is to avoid Sol-up. We deeply regret having used Simple Power Solar. Nobody was thrilled with Simple Power, not even our next-door neighbor." - Aaron S.
"Seek out the fine print. Everything seems great at first, but you'll need to pay for your system before you put it on the market. If you decide to sell your property, they don't provide you with any information about the process beforehand. After you've signed in, they'll only offer assistance with monitoring and fixing problems." - Jason G.
"An expensive waste of money. I saved $23 the first month after buying the system, which cost me $18,000. However, when I started to find out, they told me that without the system, my bill would have been $265, despite Simple Power Solar's claims that it would have been $600 otherwise. At the current rate of return, the system would take 87 years to pay for itself. And all they do is talk in circles around us and pretend it will be fine in a year. Avoid this firm and solar energy in general, as they only help achieve their alternative energy goals at the expense of the customer." - Paul W.
"Everything installs well and they seem prepared UNTIL someone has problems. They make a big deal about how closely they watch your panels. There are apparently now over 7,000 clients, and they just cannot keep tabs on everyone. WTH! I experienced some issues with the app on my phone. Do my panels even work? the display showed them not lighting up. They did something, and now the panels on my phone app are always on, costing me $300 for a repair visit despite having a 25-year guarantee. My accountant was planning to suggest a lot of clients to you, but you let them all down. The first complete solar month. In the mail today, I found a $72 bill. In an effort to learn more about the monitoring system, I give NV ENERGY a call. According to the lady I spoke with, there is an issue with my panels since they are not returning the typical amount of electricity that 29 panels should produce. When I need a repair, I dial Simple Power Solar and complete out the necessary paperwork. Indicated a callback within the next two days. That era is now over. The panels are excellent, and the guarantee is really appreciated. LOL How disappointing. whether anybody is about to enter their first full month with solar, please let me know whether they received the notorious $11.20 bill." - Alexander N.
"Simple Power Solar, I extend my deepest gratitude to you for spending a Saturday and Sunday to get a system back up and running that another contractor left inoperable. Through their efforts, they gained a customer for life. It took a lot of time (months) of planning, updates, and progress checks, but not once did I feel ignored or discouraged. Total professionalism. Great resource, and they were happy to explain to me the ins and outs of my installation." - Brandon J.
"I requested quotes for my solar installation from many firms and also got several unsolicited proposals. In the end, I concluded that all the systems were equivalent and that the costs were also about the same. When I met with Simple Power, talked me through a lot of site-specific details concerning the installation, and when I compared their pricing to that of other providers, I found a significant advantage. Simple Power took an extra week to provide me with a final price since they were helping out with free Solar System repairs in Haiti after Hurricane Matthew wreaked havoc there. Then I knew they would be invested in the outcome of my project. The installation was smooth and streamlined thanks to their meticulous planning and constant SMS updates on their progress. The land was left spotless, and the only visible signs of construction were the solar panels and the fully operational system. The city permission and inspection procedure went off without a hitch thanks to their assistance; it was clear that they were used to working with the municipality. Since my own solar system installation by Simply Solar went so smoothly, I have no hesitation in recommending them." - Scott B.
"Our solar panel installation by Simple Power Solar turned out well. The project's planning and communication were both superb. They were very responsive to our queries and concerns and went above and above to ensure we were satisfied with the end result. We'd hire them again in a heartbeat, and we wholeheartedly endorse them." - Brayden T.
"Last year, I had Simple Power construct a solar energy system, and I couldn't be happier with it. Despite the challenges presented by the layout of my property, they did a fantastic job throughout the entire installation process. After over a year of the system's operation, I am both pleased with its performance and glad to have worked with Simple Power, whose staff has shown to be both professional and competent." - Tyler P.
"About three months have passed since we had Simple Power install our solar panels, and I cannot say enough good things about their service, professionalism, and response time. Everything about our experience, from the moment I made the first phone contact until arrived at our home on time to take measurements for an estimate, was excellent. The installers were really neat, productive, and kind. I wholeheartedly endorse this firm." - Dennis F.

facebook.com
Simple Power Solar's Facebook page is a great place to learn more about the business and products. It has a polished look thanks to the constant presence of the company logo. Photos, videos, and links to related content make this page very useful. Simple Power Solar has a decent number of followers on Facebook, but the page is not very popular. They don't post on it very often. However, they regularly post new content, mostly internal corporate news. This site is a great resource for more information about the solar energy provider.
linkedin.com
There is a distinct lack of veracity on the Simple Power Solar LinkedIn profile. There is a dearth of resources and even fewer devotees. There is little to no indication that this page has acquired momentum, so it may as well be a blank slate. There are a few links to the company's website, but otherwise, the material is sparse. In addition, there is no evidence of the company's quality provided through evaluations or comments from customers. The page as a whole is sparse and seems unknown to the general public. It's hard to take Simple Power Solar and their LinkedIn profile seriously given how few followers they have and how little information they provide.
