"The vendor arrived on-site and requested an additional 20% fee, while also reducing the scope of work. We were forced to cancel our agreement with them. I strongly advise against working with this vendor." - Johnny F.
"The service I got from this company was awful. They were supposed to check out the site on Tuesday from 12 to 4, but they texted me at 9 am to say they would be there in an hour. This unplanned early arrival caused a lot of trouble for my wife, who had things to do. I also wanted to ask the site assessor some questions, but I was not there to do so. The company's poor adherence to the installation window policy was just as bad as showing up late and was completely unacceptable. When I called to cancel, the "Retention" department threatened and bullied me. I strongly suggest you don't work with this company." - Charlie F.
"Solara Solar has spent more than 300 days and thousands of dollars without being able to install a system. They sent letters asking for payment before the wiring was done, and they failed several power inspections in the area. Even with all of these problems, they still want to be paid. Even the person who works there says that the product doesn't work. During the whole process, I had to beg and plead for documents. The worst business experience I've ever had was with this company. I would not recommend working with them at all." - Scott R.
"Even after 10 long months, my Solara Solar system is still not working. The installation was bad, and they failed several inspections. One of the breakers was put in the wrong way. Even worse, the company hasn't talked to me at all, so I have to pay $1,000 a month ($650 for electric bills and $350 for a solar system that doesn't work). This whole thing has been a joke and a nightmare, and I beg anyone who is thinking about working with this company to stay away." - Martin E.
"In December 2021, Solara Solar charged me a crazy amount of $50,000 for solar panels. The system they put in was a lot bigger than what I had asked for, and it didn't have a battery. When I asked for a copy of the contract, I got a document with the wrong phone number and an email address that wasn't mine. Surprisingly, the contract had my initials and signature, which I had not given. Someone from Solara Solar seems to have forged my signature. Because of this, Duke Energy had the wrong email address, and I had to wait a long time to finish the installation. Lindsay Richardson and her team can't be trusted because they don't talk to each other or act like professionals. People should be careful when dealing with this company, and I hope they haven't had problems like mine." - Tommy F.
"It was a pleasure to work with Solara Solar. They responded to all of my questions quickly and professionally. Despite some miscommunication with the installers, I would highly recommend them." - Marlin K.
"Solara Solar handled everything from system communication to assessing compatibility with my property's multiple meters and even managing most of the city paperwork, making it a seamless experience for me. I strongly recommend Solara Solar to anyone looking for a complete turnkey solar system." - Paul P.
"Solara Solar made the entire process simple by responding quickly and thoroughly to my questions. I chose a premium option after discussing my performance and aesthetic preferences with Energy Sage support. I strongly recommend Solara Solar, as well as discussing your specific needs with Energy Sage, to investigate the various panel options available for long-term power planning." - Hector A.
"On our Richland roof, Syed and his team installed an impressive 11.8 kW solar system. Throughout the installation process, their professionalism and experience were evident, and we are extremely pleased with the equipment and workmanship. Our system has been running smoothly for over a year and a half, and we have already generated over 26 megawatts of power. We will hire them again when we are ready to install Tesla Powerwalls." - Adrian P.
"The installation of our rooftop solar panels went off without a hitch. If you plan to install solar panels, keep the following points in mind: 1. Solar panels can act as snow slides, so place them with caution over walkways. We had a situation in which a large amount of snow fell from an overhang and buried our walkway in a slushy mess. Fortunately, no one was injured, but it is critical to plan ahead of time. 2. Ensure that you are aware of your state's rebate policies and any associated tax liabilities. In the first year, our 28-panel system produced over 2,000 kWh more than our usage, making us eligible for rebates." - Joey T.

Solara Solar Social media
There isn't much interest in this solar energy firm's Facebook page. It has a small but dedicated following, although it isn't actively maintained. The site's design and layout are quite businesslike, and the company's name stands out prominently. However, it is difficult to determine whether the page can be trusted due to the lack of information about the organization and its services. There are some visuals, such as images and movies, but no textual content or external connections. In sum, the site presents a professional front, but there is little information to determine its reliability.-
