I selected Stellar Solar for my solar panel needs based on the reviews I had read and their top rating for the area over the last few years. I was not disappointed. My sales professional, Chase Hamiter, was very informative and kept me in the loop throughout the process. After the initial meeting, measurements were taken and plans drafted for my approval. They also recommended a roofing company to precede the panel install. Once the panels were up, we awaited the inspectors approval. Once approved in mid January, Stellar followed up with me to make sure the system was up and running and to assist with the Sunpower application that helps me monitor the system. No problems to date. Am very pleased with the product and process.
I had a great experience with Stellar. We have lived in two homes in the last two years and used Stellar Solar to both. My current system has been producing power for the last two years and we are very happy with it. Communication was great and timelines were accurate. Once we signed the contract, the entire system was operational in less than a month!
