The website features a clean navigation menu, contemporary, and expert design. The pages are also well-organized. The company's services, which include installing solar panels in homes and businesses, are covered in a number of categories on the webpage. Additionally, there are parts that describe the advantages of solar energy and how it operates, in addition to a blog that posts articles regarding solar energy. Sun Energy online reputation

It is evident from customer evaluations that Sun Energy has had a variety of reactions from its clients. While some clients have enjoyed working with the business, others have had serious connection problems, unfinished installs, and subpar client support. One customer advised others not to work with the organization, claiming that they lied about finishing the assignment on time and caused delays to get payment. Due to the lack of reaction, another customer said that it will lodge a complaint against Sun Energy's bond. There were, though, a few glowing testimonials from pleased clients who commended Sun Energy for having competent salesmen, a quick installation procedure, and affordable costs. They were quite grateful for the company's responsiveness to their requirements and difficulties. In general, prospective clients should thoroughly assess Sun Energy based on their own study and due diligence. It seems like the business has had both good and bad customer service, so it's important to consider the benefits and drawbacks before making a choice.
"The communication breakdown is RIDICULOUS. The work was completed weeks ago, but I'm experiencing problems, and I've been trying to contact Dawn for the last three weeks with no luck. That was the situation throughout the whole assignment. I warned them they didn't do the right things to obtain final evaluation the first time, and when the auditor arrived, their worker had already departed to attempt to collect the items they needed to finish the project. In the end, the inspector dispersed. That was a joke. My bird netting, which prevents pigeons from building nests underneath the solar panels, was improperly placed, so it is now blowing about on my roof. Even worse, a chunk landed in my front yard. Not at all. I really feel like I was taken advantage of." - Samara
"Avoid this company—many have had horrible experiences. They lied about finishing in three months. Lies will cost you money, time, and problems. Stay away regardless of their offer. If you read the contracts, they get paid after a certain period, so they create harmless delays to say the task is done (when it's not!) and get paid. After you pay, they wait and don't answer calls. Positive customer service evaporates quickly and it's on to the next sucker! Dawn the project manager lied and was unpleasant. Brandon (the accountant) claimed ignorance and didn't assist us understand the loan.Hopefully we can avoid this firm!" - Erick
"We are going to file a complaint against their bond because of the Harrison family and their lack of responsiveness. Do not engage in commerce with this firm." - Johnny
"Sun Energy provided solar. Sales went OK, but the project is a disaster.Dawn has been a nightmare project manager. No one responds. Unfinished installations and roof rails have caused problems. Boxes remained on the roof for over two weeks. We reached her non-communicative employer Steve Brennan (sp). Unannounced installers cut our electricity during installation. After installation, they replaced our box wiring and the pool pump doesn't operate. The pool is green after three weeks without it. No one is returning our calls or informing us.After you purchase, Sun Energy won't address your questions. Avoid this firm for residential solar." - Derek
"The other corporate rep I'm talking to right now has been great thus far. He is approachable and willing to shed light on any issue. I need to keep going to make sure they're worthwhile. I'll make sure everyone is up to date. At the moment, I'm considering both of these companies. Tesla's pricing has come a long way."-viet
"After doing some study last summer, we chose solar energy. Dawn Hoover, our salesperson, immediately put us at ease with her expertise and was able to address concerns that other sales representatives couldn't. Due to supply chain constraints and the waiting period for permissions, installation did take a few months. Dawn stayed in touch with us, and in January we were installed. We have received 2 solar power bills, and we are relieved to inform that this month's charge was just $11.80. Highly recommended. People are so ready to post nasty evaluations, in my opinion. Yes, a speedier installation would have been wonderful, but I can also see the supply chain's difficulties. We appreciate Dawn's attention and concern for us. Without a doubt, I'll recommend Sun Energy!" - Greg
"My better half and I scoured the web for a while before settling on the ideal solar energy supplier. Sandra from Sun Energy was recommended to me. Her talk was quite informative, and we now see the value in installing solar panels. The procedure for setting up was smooth sailing. The staff was efficient and expert. Insist on them if you're thinking about getting solar panels." - Jose
"Sun Energy met all of my requirements for solar power, and I couldn't be happier. I'm really pleased with the choice I made when they came out and provided me with many alternatives that were suitable for my family and myself. Everything went well, from the knowledgeable salesperson to the straightforward financing to the installation personnel who treated my property with the utmost respect. Take it from me, if you're in the market for a solar energy provider, your search may end with Sun Energy." - Kendrich
"My hesitant spouse was the biggest obstacle to going solar. Sherry F. represented us. She was incredible, and so patient. From getting a quotation to getting everything up and running, she showed us the ropes. It happened really rapidly, too! Sun Energy Construction and its crew have exceeded my every expectation. Sherry, I appreciate you installing everything so easily and for being patient with my husband's skepticism." - Kasey
"Sun Energy is a reliable solar power provider. Mike was available to address my concerns and queries. It took over 4 months, but the end result was worth the wait. When we compared Sun Energy's rates to those of other firms and estimates, we found them to be among the most reasonable. As a whole, this solar energy firm has my highest recommendation. Please give them a chance to win your patronage." - Sergio
