"After we gave the go-ahead for Sun Path Electric to install solar panels on our roof on March 5, 2021, they promptly started working on the incorrect part of the roof. We were comfortable with their original answer since we know mistakes may and do happen. The on-site crew assured us that by the next week's Friday, the damaged section of roof will be repaired. From the next week to June 9, 2021, we have experienced almost every kind of bad customer service imaginable. I've never had to battle for anything before, much less have the firm acknowledge they were wrong and offer to make amends. If you ask me, you should stay far away from this firm. And if you do, I pray you never have an issue that necessitates a visit to their offices. It's horrible." - Noah C.
"Where to even begin? A catastrophe in customer service, considering I signed on September 21 and paid for half of what I knew would be an inconvenience by April 17 of the following year. I called the company no less than ten times to find out what was going on because nobody could tell me what was going on; they even told me that I'm sure it would be installed before the end of the year to be able to have the credit from the government (a lie); it was a total letdown; the last person who attended me, (I don't remember his name), didn't even know what he was doing; and yesterday I received my last bill to pay them.
