"The vendors were gracious enough, but often bragged about the amount of money they brought in. We were saddened to learn the sad backstory. At first the salesman assured us that installation and operation would be done without delay. Now that the anticipated date has passed, they are nothing but roof decorations. They have already taken our money, but never completed the work. We repeatedly reminded them via text message that our panels were still not working, but despite repeated promises to come, they still have not done so. We had to scare them into finishing the installation. But even that is nothing more than empty words; there is no evidence that they will do anything. Instead of a generator to repair our wiring, they said they would send a master electrician. The electrician who arrived to repair our system spent all day trying to figure out how to connect the solar panels, but he had no idea what the problem was, so he just improvised a solution. At parting, he said: "Tell the inspector it was like this when I came in." The fact that he was able to fix our system with duct tape and spit gives us faith, yes. And now we will wait again.... "Warned are the purchasers. In order to sell you a solar system that doesn't really function, this firm will commit fraud by making promises they have no intention of keeping. Despite the fact that we paid them over $50,000, they have been nothing but untrustworthy in the nearly year since they first promised to correct the installation mistakes they made. It's a shame we have to spend more money on legal fees to get them to deliver on their promises. You will be sorry if you choose to invest in a solar energy system from this provider." - Benjamin O.

"The solar panel installation did not resemble the pictures I was shown. My dining room ceiling was ruined because of a leak in the roof they left me with. They did a number on my roof while they were at it. Almost every time I contact Sun Warrior Solar, I am sent to a different department. My roof is leaking and I still don't have a ceiling in my dining room. Complete and utter misery from the start. They are not someone I would suggest to anybody." - Gabriel B.
