SunBlue Energy online reputation

SunBlue Energy seems to have satisfied its consumers generally. Customer service, affordable pricing, and access to renewable energy sources have all been highlighted as strengths of the organization. In addition, patrons like the firm's dedication to environmental sustainability and the sound counsel they get. Some customers have complained about billing errors and lengthy hold periods while contacting support. SunBlue Energy is committed to excellence in service and is always looking for ways to better serve its customers.
"A few years ago, I put in my SunBlue system. The promised monitoring service has consistently failed to deliver. The only method to check the status of the system is to physically go outside and check the inverter. They haven't installed the new hardware I requested for six months ago, despite my repeated inquiries and efforts at repair (I was told I needed to buy an additional $400+ item for my electrical panel)." - Terry M.
"I'm extremely similar to the prior customer who reviewed the inverter negatively and never heard back from SunBlue Energy after leaving several voicemails and texts. Furthermore, SunBlue Energy is one of the worst firms to attempt to get in touch with; I repeatedly wait on the phone and they never get back to me. Because no one has answered, I have racked up over $600 in energy bills this week, and I can't afford to keep paying them on my limited retirement income." - Ivan T.
"Our salesman was amazing; he was very helpful and patient as he walked us through the many options. The firm kept in touch with us by phone for the first two weeks to make sure the installation was going well. The panels were eagerly awaited and everything was great. We decided to buy a Tesla because the inverter was included with the charger. Then things started to get worse. No one ever followed up with us. Although we signed the contract in October, it wasn't activated until January. The vendor assured me that the installation would be completed by November, and I obediently put a reminder on my calendar for March 10 to call to make sure we got the right number of solar panels delivered. No one else in the organization bothered to follow up, so I had to keep calling the girl every week and sending her emails, which she rarely responded to. Where's the initiative in fixing the situation, I continue, because it can't take that long. Only when I called her once a week during the process did she keep following up with us. The salesperson pushed us to make a quick decision, and now that it's made, no one cares if we got it right. The car charger had also broken down. I should have just bought solar panels from Tesla and been done with it. We got our car in October, and instead of being able to charge it in the comfort of our own home, we have to drive to the charger every week." - Fred B.
"Sadly, there is no option for no stars. It was not my cup of tea that you took my money, blocked my emails, and never called me back when your equipment failed and I wasn't getting any electricity from my solar panels. Then you may claim, "Oh, we knew since January." During the summer, when my panels are most productive, I have paid close to $1,100 in power bills in a row of $400 each month. and still another one is still pending. I was just told I had cancer, and now I have to deal with these exorbitant bills on top of all the other physical stress in my life. Acting as though you don't have a supervisor by ignoring their calls and messages. Maybe I should find out how many other people are participating in this charade and then see a lawyer." - Damon H.
"I am unable to speak to the company's or its work's quality. What I can say is that if you request an estimate from this firm and is assigned to provide it, you can expect an extremely pushy sales pitch. He assumed that after hearing his pitch, we would be ready to sign on the dotted line. We said that we had multiple bids and that we needed a day or two to consider them all. After that, behavior grew more hostile, even bullying at times. This was very much like a timeshare presentation, if you've ever been to one. It was a terrible ordeal all around." - Louis F.
"Fantastic adventure. The whole SunBlue team, but notably our account representative Allen, was helpful and easy to get in touch with. The electrician and the installation were both kind and transparent about their work. The owner, took care of all the necessary licenses (from the municipality and ConEd and the state). In only two days, the system was installed. Excellent cleanliness; no scraps were left behind, and only necessary holes were bored. The panels are producing power, and even in the dead of winter, our electrical use is typically nil." - Elvis G.
"Before I finalized the purchase of my property, I got in touch with them to inquire about installing a solar power system. I was able to receive the data I need for planning the project's financials from them. As soon as the deal was finalized, they checked over the home to make sure the infrastructure was ready to go. Few adjustments to the installation timetable were necessary because of the weather. Everyone I spoke to throughout this process was incredibly helpful and patient with my many inquiries." - Jackson S.
"It took me several months to settle on Sunblue. The installation team are professionals in every sense of the word. And then an epidemic broke out. Once the building ban was lifted, the installation and inspections were completed in less than a month. This alone is a convincing confirmation of the company's integrity and reliability. The monthly results report exceeded my expectations. It was money well spent on the materials chosen. Sunblue is realizing the potential of solar energy, both in terms of independence and the ability to invest in the future." - Edward D.
"Having Sunblue install our solar panels was a fantastic experience. They handled everything (getting permits, talking to ConEd, etc.) and kept me in the loop the whole time. I have already recommended them to friends and family who are thinking about installing solar panels because of how well they handled my inquiries and concerns at every stage. Superior firm." - Donald R.
"Sunblue Energy was the company I employed to set up my solar panels. If you're thinking about switching to solar energy, I strongly suggest you work with this firm. They simplified the whole procedure. Samuel was fantastic to deal with and handled all aspects of the project, from acquiring the necessary permissions to doing the final walkthrough before the system was turned on. An excellent regional business in every respect. You won't be let down if you choose sunblue energy." - Frank N.

linkedin.com
There is serious cause for concern about the SunBlue Energy LinkedIn profile. The page has a simple design, with a backdrop image of solar panels and a few other features. It seems like little work was put into creating it since there is essentially little information about the firm, the staff, or any other material. It's hard to know whether the page can be trusted since it looks to have relatively few subscribers. It's tough to endorse this page as is due to the lack of sufficient information and substance.
