I recently used the services of Sunlux for a small project at my home. I was disappointed to find that their services are limited to a certain area only. I live in an area outside this service region, and thus was unable to avail the benefits of their quality workmanship. The customer service team informed me that any customers from outside the service region would have to arrange for their own transportation and accommodation. I found this very inconvenient, as it was impossible for me to cover the costs of travel and stay in order to avail Sunlux services.
