Titan Solar Power online reputation

Customers often comment on the efficiency and affordability of Titan's solar panels, as well as the company's dedication to customer service. Online reviews also mention Titan Solar Power's commitment to environmental sustainability and its efforts to reduce their carbon footprint.
"It did not take long for a representative from Titan Solar Power to visit for a consultation and sign us up for service. However, when problems developed, they took too long to respond. I contacted my salesperson and their office to find out why our power bills were higher after solar panel installation. Additionally, I informed them that despite having a new air conditioner installed and having insulation blasted into the attic prior to the installation of the panels, our energy bill continued to rise. Titan proposed modifying our SRP arrangement. Soon after, when SRP checked on why our panels were not generating electricity, they found that the breaker Titan had put had been damaged. Titan was unable to inspect the problem until two weeks after I phoned them. I also learned that the solar panels had been failing to generate power for months. That is why our bills went up, not because I had to switch our SRP service. Titan's refusal to engage with us and provide a credit for the more than six months during which the panels failed to generate electricity is disappointing." - Claudia
"I hope my concern will be heard. This company's carelessness has resulted in a problem with my roof. The solar panel installers claim they can not determine who was responsible for breaking roof tiles while preparing the roof for the panels. To give you some context, my home has two stories, therefore they need to use two ladders to access the roof. To go to my roof, why do not you use the 30 feet of ladder I provided? I was also in the midst of a house refinancing, so I needed the roofing repair to be completed without delay. I will not be too harsh if you can convince me that you did not intentionally violate them. You and the salesperson keep talking about taking before and after shots, but I never see any of either. Dillion, the service person, is fantastic and did all he could to assist, as did Cori. Why I am being treated this way is beyond me." - Nicole
"At first, everything seemed OK, but then I discovered nuts and bolts raining down from the ceiling. They advised me not to worry since the technicians must have left some loose bolts up there. The panels were OK until a windy day blew a few off. When I first asked for help, I was informed, "This is act of God, and I have to deal with this myself." After giving them photos labeled with the appropriate dates, they agreed to dispatch a staff to deal with the problem. I upgraded my collection of panel fixtures by four this past year and by one larger bolt. Ignored it until the strong wind the day before blew three additional panels off the tilt side. This time, I decided to make the trip to the roof myself. Smaller bolts are what keep panels in place, therefore the mystery was answered by using a larger bolt. Panels were blown over, resulting in shattered roof tiles that I must now replace. Moreover, the prior installation or repair staff cracked numerous roof tiles and glued them back together using silicon. When looking for an installer, tread carefully. After they have your money, Titan has little incentive to work with you. I have been waiting on hold for more than an hour." - Ervis
"They began installing Solar Panels at our house three months ago and they still are not done. We have been going in circles without making any real progress on the task at hand. Now we are stuck making payments on ineffective solar panels. Even my worst enemy would not hear me sing the praises of this company. They would get 0.5 stars from me if that was an option." - Aric
"The solar company is terrible. They began construction in October, but it was rejected by the county. I waited for them to return and repair it for the inspection for what seemed like an eternity. We still have not finished installing and turning on everything, and it is approaching the end of June. While laying the pad for the solar field, whomever they hired to assist splashed cement all over our house during the first phase of the installation. The original installation of the box and the ground was done incorrectly, resulting in holes in our siding. While they were up there, they also managed to tear down the ductwork for our air conditioning. I called, and they promised to send someone out to repair it the next day. There is no one here. We have left many voicemails with no response. It is 95 degrees outside, and titan does not seem to care that we have no air conditioning. The feedback on this site and Yelp has confirmed my worst fears about this business. All the damage Titan caused will, unfortunately, have to be covered by us. The air conditioner is the clincher. My house is incredibly hot, and there are cats and children over the age of 75 here. We have been waiting a week and nobody has returned our calls or come up to solve the problem. Did I mention it has been over a year already? Holes in the siding, cement on the siding, no air conditioning, no solar panels after a year. If installing solar panels is such a hassle, why bother with them at all?" - Greg
"As always, you rock, Sonny! My solar setup meets all of my needs.Thank you, Sonny and crew, for setting realistic goals. That is some very effective talking. Sonny consistently responds to my calls and texts inside the same day. If only all companies could be as efficient as Titan Solar Power and Arizona Wholesale Solar! As a token of my gratitude, I will be recommending you to my next-door neighbor." - Gayla
"I purchased a Titan Solar Power system two months ago, only to discover that its storage capacity was quite restricted. I was really irritated and duped by the company's failure to reveal this information before to my purchase. The solar system is insufficient to cover all of my energy requirements, which makes me question why they advertised it in the first place. I am particularly dissatisfied because this device was rather costly and I must now pay extra for a larger system that meets my requirements. Titan Solar Power had the opportunity to be honest with their consumers, but they decided to deceive us and steal our money instead. This company's items are unreliable and of poor quality, thus no one should do business with them." Mila F.
"All of our inquiries were patiently answered, and the representative took the time to clarify the procedure and what to anticipate. Titan took care of everything and got it done on schedule. Their customer portal is quite straightforward. The panels look great, and the installation was rapid. We are prepared for the system launch and aware of its current status. I can hardly wait to be free from reliance on the Texas power grid! We should have started this sooner." - Christine
"My better half and I have made the choice to switch to solar energy. Ryan, our salesman, was top-notch. We had an installation done by Titan Solar. I can only speak for the staff in Charleston, South Carolina. Darrell Riley, Bruce Elder, and Sean K. They visited me at home, laid out the work plan, and informed me that the whole process would take two days. Most of the structural work was done on the first day, and preparations were made for the electrical work. When they went, nothing remained to indicate their presence. There should be no discarded wires or metal shards. to be discovered by me or trampled by my 10-year-old son. I have nothing but praise for how hardworking and respectful this crew was with me, my belongings, and my home. They were able to finish the installation that same day. The sun had set, and there was no chance to put the system to the test. Unfortunately, the final inspection and PTO were conducted by my electrical service provider two weeks later, and the system failed since it was not generating. I got in touch with my sales guy and Titan right away. After gathering my details, the kind phone agent promised she would get back to me within two days. When I reminded the sales lady on the second day that I still had not heard from anybody, she said she would make a personal call to the service manager. Later that day, she got back to me, and she said they will try to connect to my system remotely in order to diagnose and repair it, if possible. They really did it! About a week later, my electrician Prover came out, and we now have PTO!!!" - Thomas
"Our solar panels are fantastic! Titan performed a great job analyzing our energy consumption to determine how many solar panels to put, and the setup was trouble-free. Everyone in the sunshine state should be able to use solar energy to run their household appliances." - Lisa
