Venture Solar review

"The prices at Venture Solar are some of the most shockingly high I've ever seen. When I went to their store, I couldn't believe how much they charged for even simple solar panels or installations. It made me feel like I was being cheated and stupid.  No matter how much I bargained, the salesperson didn't seem willing to change the prices. They kept saying that the price wasn't up for discussion and that their prices were comparable to those of other places. I knew this wasn't true because, before I went in, I was doing some research and found that Venture Solar's prices were much higher than those of any of their competitors. "I recently used Venture Solar to install solar energy systems in my home. After signing the contract and paying a hefty sum, it became clear that they had no intention of fulfilling their end of the deal. Instead, they took my money and left me with nothing but empty promises. The workers who came to do the job were unreliable, unprofessional, and rude. Not only did they fail to adhere to the timeline outlined in the contract, but they left behind a mess that I had to clean up myself. When I called to inquire about the status of my project, I was met with complete indifference and apathy from their customer service representatives. To make matters worse, I later discovered that Venture Solar had filed for bankruptcy. This means that all the money I paid them has now gone to waste and there is no way for me to get it back. I am beyond disappointed with Venture Solar's fraudulent practices and completely unsatisfied with their service. It is unacceptable to take advantage of vulnerable customers in this way. "Venture solar said they could install solar panels within a few days, but it took them more than a month. The installation was poor and unprofessional. Neither did they repair broken roof tiles that were loosened during installation. There was no customer assistance available. After the installation, I had several system difficulties that were not being resolved. Customer service representatives were unresponsive and ineffective. I had to repeatedly call in order to receive any assistance. I spent a great deal of money for Venture Solar's services, and they were a complete waste of my money. They lacked professionalism and stood by their stuff. I would never recommend them, and anyone contemplating utilizing their services should find elsewhere. "I recently had an experience with Venture Solar that left me feeling incredibly frustrated and disrespected. From day one, the customer service was appalling. To start, I placed my order online for a solar installation but didn’t receive any updates on the process or what to expect. When I reached out to inquire about my order via text and email, I was met with silence. After a few weeks of trying to contact someone, I finally got a response from one of their sales representatives who told me the order had been cancelled without explanation. On top of that, when I asked for assistance to process my order again, they were unhelpful and completely dismissive of my requests. They told me I needed to call a different customer service line and would not provide any more information.
