Superb service and an excellent team - we couldn't recommend them more highly. Having decided eventually to get a residential solar panel installation, we tried to avoid companies with pushy salesmen. we found LoneStar Solar Services LLC in Houston and asked them for a chat and a quote. We worked out some initial proposals via phone and then had a visit by Victor and later Gina. The team was happy to adjust to our needs and look at various options and we settled on a nice discrete 14kw two-roof layout with inverter and 5kw battery which was all competitively priced and excellent quality. Within a week of giving the team the go-ahead, the installation was in progress including scaffolding, and was completed in 4 days. The onsite crew and scaffolders were all professional and friendly. and were happy to answer any questions we had.

Love this company! This review is long overdue but I was reminded to write a review after seeing one of their trucks!I used them to install solar panels on my home over a year ago and they were great. From the website to the sales rep the information they provided was very helpful. I had a lot of questions about solar energy and so I really appreciated all of their hand holding. They installed LG solar panels and enphase inverters on my home in STX. No more electricity bill and I'm worrying about turning on the air conditioning. "Prior to contacting lone star I was actively speaking to and planning to contract with a different Solar Company, however the week that we had scheduled a site visit, the representative of that company did not show up. It turned out for the best because after the termination of that brief encounter, I found lone star solar online, and their website was impressive, so professional, and comprehensive. Shortly after contacting lone star, a sales representative named Carol called me back, introduced herself, as well as her company, and convinced me that it might be in my best interest to schedule a site visit in person. Well now, that site visit turned out to be the best ""Solar"" decision that I have made. When Carol reported on-site, she proceeded to perform a thorough site survey of my roofing, attic space, electrical feeds, and landscaping. Once completed, and before she made her recommendation, she proceeded to explain and educate me on solar architecture in general, and how a solar system operates best facing certain direction. She answered all of my questions. Only after she felt confident that I had obtained a level of understanding, she offered several recommendations, and provided me with almost like a Menu of other services and optional upgrades, all provided by lone star. The presentation concluded with an explanation to the entire installation process and time frames which included how and which Lone Star Solar Services team members would be assigned to navigate and obtain various approvals required from various governmental agencies, both pre and post installation. Oh, Carol let me know that the ""GOVERNMENT PROGRAM"" THAT THE OTHER SOLAR COMPANY OFFERED ME WAS A LIE!! Thank you lone star for being thruthful"

Went solar for about 5 years, and it was working okay. We got it through the Hero program, and we were seeing savings till now. All of a sudden my system seemed to stop working. Called the original installer and they said it was an equipment error. So I called Aurora and they said that may have been Edison. It's like everyone has been placing the blame on everyone else. Fast forward a month and multiple phone calls. I finally had my original solar installation company come by and check out the issue. It was almost like twisting their arm to get them to come. They were extremely rude about the whole situation and quoted me $3k to get the issue fixed! That would have wiped out most of my solar savings up to this point but I was in a bit of a tight spot since I'm still making payments on the system. Went on searching for solar repair and contacted a few solar companies. Most weren't willing to do solar repairs, but thankfully LoneStar Solar Services LLC was. Orme came by the same day and quoted me less than 1/3 of the cost of my original installer. Now my system is back up and running properly. Glad I shopped around and found LoneStar Solar Services LLC. They were fast, professional and affordable.

Called LoneStar Solar Services & the Sales Rep were very knowledgeable about the services they offer. They took the time to explain the process & answer all my questions efficiently. I look forward to having the Solar System installed & the future savings on my Bill. I am very satisfied with their Customer Service & will definitely recommend them.

These guys were great. Asked them to come look at solar for my mom's house in the valley.They wore masks walking up and were very respectful about social distancing.Bobby and Adam explained everything, from the process, to the installation, and the system. They weren't pushy to sell. When we decided to move forward, Terry pretty much held my mom's hand and handled all the permits, and made her feel happy throughout the installation process.The fact that they worked so well to make my Mom feel cared for, meant the world to me.

LoneStar Solar Service installed a new 20 panel solar system and a new 200 amp electrical panel. Eric was my salesman and he was great! I compared his quote against two other solar companies and this was not only the best quote, I loved the stellar Google reviews. Eric was available via text day and night. The contract was E-signed and simple. While we were waiting for the solar permit, they installed the new electrical panel with no issues. The solar panels were installed in a single day also with no issues. The whole process took 2 months but most of that was waiting on the initial permit and then the final sign off by the city inspector and getting the green light from the utility company. I just got my electric bill and it was $12.95 for the month versus $200 for this same month from the prior year. OH HAPPY DAY! Screw the electric companies! I have already referred several clients to Eric.
