"We still haven’t had our attic fan and insulation done, and that was back in October. Since December, we've been informed repeatedly that the "PM" is on it. They have been paid, but despite repeated attempts to get them to finish the project or react to our emails, we have been unable. I wish they had a phone number, but after reading the reviews I can see why there isn't one. On the plus side, our sales guy has been a pleasure to work with, and I can't say anything bad about Alberto since he's doing the best he can with the data at hand." - Rocco L.
"The level of my dissatisfaction with ATX Solar, from whom I purchased solar panels for my house, cannot be overstated. I was eight months along when Jett knocked on my door. Since I was about to take a year off for maternity leave, he sold us the panels by saying they would make it easier for us to get by on my husband's salary alone as a family of four. He anticipated my worries as an impending stay-at-home mother and capitalized on them to make the sale of the solar panels to me. We haven't heard from our sales agent Jett since he sold us the panels, and it's been over six months since we installed them without any noticeable improvement. I usually don't write reviews to vent my frustrations, but I hope that others will learn from my experience and be more careful when shopping for solar panels. The installation company just told me that one of the reasons we aren't seeing any benefit is that Jett's original proposal included the need to trim or remove our trees in order to get the full benefit, which is something he never discussed with us or agreed upon. If we could, we would return them immediately since I believe we have been taken advantage of by this firm. Buyer beware!" - Lola R.
"The company's founder is responsible for the failure of multiple previous solar energy ventures by using fraudulent practices. What the heck are they doing, I ask you? When you have panels put improperly, they will get you to sign a contract and take your money, and then wish you luck. The folks I worked for didn't give a damn about anything. They ensured solar was built without licenses, didn't care whether it was done correctly as long as they were paid, and continued to swindle other individuals. You can never put your trust in them." - Orlando F.
"Since August of 2021, I have been attempting to reach a manager and a service manager, and if I could give them a zero, I would. I've tried calling the main office several times, but no one is ever available to take my call, and they always say they'll get back to me. I have a faulty component, and they insist on charging me $400 to come and swap it out. My electricity bill is already rather expensive. After trying so many different things, I'm at a loss as to whether or not I need to consult a lawyer. The loan payment plus the higher electric bill is now due. I can't say they come highly recommended from me. AVOID ATX SOLAR AT ALL COSTS!" - Marvin H.
"They can't be trusted at all. So far, my solar panels have not produced the amount of power that was promised. Furthermore, ever since they installed the transmitter, which transmits signal to the app, it has been malfunctioning, and nobody in the office seems to care. Their support staff is terrible. Don't bother looking for ATX Solar. Also, because there is no zero star option, I gave them a one star rating." - Davis N.
"Solar power is new to me. A close buddy of mine, who is also an ATX Solar customer, recommended them to me. Since he has a background in renewable energy, he was able to provide valuable information about the reliability of their equipment and the effectiveness of their software. I called them and everything went well. The sales person was really helpful and was quick to answer questions. Dennis in the electrical department helped me set up an efficient operation. The installation went quickly and promptly. They are great and I can't wait to start making a positive impact on the energy system and lowering bills for everyone." - Donald R.
"Before opting to go with ATX, I talked with a few other solar firms. They were the most informative, covering ground that no other solar installers covered. I can tell that the satisfaction of their consumers is of utmost importance to them because of how customer-focused they are. Blake, my sales consultant, was really enthusiastic about giving us an in-depth, informative consultation free of any immediate sales pressure. Everything about it was excellent. I can't speak highly enough about them!" - Jimmy F.
"With the help of ATX Solar, transitioning to solar power was a breeze. The thing I like most about them is that they put more effort into customer service than any other firm I've dealt with. Many individuals I know have gone solar, but working with ATX was simple and enjoyable. Solar panels on my brand-new roof are the best decision I have made. I never expected to have solar panels installed so rapidly. There is no greater group of people I could have worked with on this project. My hopes of going solar were realized thanks to ATX Solar. My eternal gratitude to you!" - Rodrigo P.
"Collaboration with these gentlemen was a joy. Everything went off without a hitch. It took some time to get the permits, but I was told that may happen. All of the workers that came out to conduct the job were very well-versed in their fields and answered all of my technical inquiries. The installation went off without a hitch, and I was kept in the loop the whole time. They were always helpful and pleasant to work with. I highly suggest these solar installers if you're thinking about making the switch. My buddy had solar panels put by them, and he highly recommended them, so I proceeded with them. That's great news, and I'm happy he did it." - Tony V.
"ATX Solar really helped us a lot. The setup process was quick and painless. When we had questions, our sales person was great at finding answers and answering me within minutes or hours. The only time there was a delay in communication was during the lengthy approval process. We contacted him and he got us up to speed quickly. ATX Solar, on the other hand, was comprehensive, pleasant and helpful throughout the process. In addition, the app is a wonderful feature. Our home's energy consumption is visible in real time. The program is able to identify various appliances, and it's really fun to use (I never thought I could say that). Overall, I'm happy with how things are going so far." - Larry M.
facebook.com ATX Solar is a promising solar energy provider that communicates with prospective clients through a Facebook page. The traffic on the website is average, and although there are a few glowing testimonials, it's tough to say whether or not the site can be believed in the absence of additional data. The page's polished appearance is helped along with a good cover and profile picture. However, the majority of its content is devoted to advertising and company news rather than actual user feedback. Due to a lack of followers, the page is unable to communicate with its target audience. This makes it more challenging to have faith in the business and its products. |
linkedin.com ATX Solar is a solar energy company that operates only in the digital realm. Even though the company's LinkedIn profile is somewhat inactive, it does exist. There are just a few hundred people that are subscribed to it, and there is very little public knowledge about the firm. It has a clean, contemporary design and provides relevant content, thus it must have been created by professionals. However, without more investigation, it is impossible to know whether the firm can be trusted. In addition, neither the services' quality nor any feedback from satisfied customers may be examined. Whether or whether ATX Solar can be trusted is unclear at this time. |
