"Jim is a terrific man, and he sells solar panels quite well, but the firm he employs, or has used in the past, is HORRIBLE. More than a year has passed, and the project is still unfinished. City and NVE inspections repeatedly failed, and there were also long delays, no-shows, damage to the property, serious safety problems, and the need to rebuild all the wiring. After 13 months, the system still hasn't been activated despite the contract saying it would just take 2–3 months. There's no chance the installers, who did a lousy job, would honor their guarantee. It pains me to say this, but potential consumers should know: go elsewhere if you care about having a properly fitted and functioning system." - Parker R.
"My evaluation, in contrast to Jim's insults below, was based on actual evidence. Nothing he says about my spouse and I bothering anybody is accurate. No one has ever felt threatened enough to leave our house. That's quite rude of him and speaks volumes about his character. He's taking it out on us personally since he knows he didn't do a good job with our house. In that case, why would we give him a poor rating? And we still haven't seen any evidence that the "incredible Tesla panels" truly do what they're supposed to do. Thus, we have to wait and see." - Miguel H.
"Don't be fooled by his four rave ratings. I wouldn't take any advice from this fool. Check their Yelp ratings; he's a contractor for Solarize, which has a poor reputation. He did a fantastic job of selling, and Solarize installed the panels quickly (with the caveat that we wouldn't be billed until 90 days later). However, they did this outside of Las Vegas's regulations. After waiting for approval from the local government and NV energy, it was switched on three months later. Yay!! After two days, it stopped altogether. The sun shone for TWO days straight. And they refuse to make any repairs! The replacement component is on its way but we have to wait for the "warranty issue" to be resolved. They do have the component we want, but it must be ordered from a source other than Jim or Solarize. Oh, and the replacement component is allegedly delayed by weeks since it is now on a ship somewhere off the coast of Los Angeles. We've had these useless panels on our roof for four months now. Awful support. It's always an excuse. There was no follow-up." - Jaden P.
"In 2022, we purchased a solar power system from Jim. He made a habit of calling or texting me for recommendations after the deal was made. After we asked Jim about the referral money he had promised, he disappeared without a trace. For the installation of solar panels, we recommended him to our close relatives. Jim sold my brother and I a solar panel system, and he directed him to inform me that Jim would pay me $700 as a referral fee if I paid my brother a steak supper. Not even a cheque months later. There was no response to my emails, texts, or phone calls." - Steven W.

"Jim is a fantastic person. Don't leave the house. Truthful and forthright, that's him. Jim was our top choice out of all the solar panel installation companies we spoke to. It's a no-brainer. Allow me to explain. You may skip calling around several service providers and go straight to Jim. He is one of the few people in the world allowed to sell Tesla and Sunpower solar panels. You know these companies are the greatest because you did your homework. Thank you!" - Sean D.
"Both working with Jim and the rest of his staff were fantastic experiences. Because I had never considered going solar before, I had a lot of questions, and Jim took the time to answer them all and guide me through the process. His suggestions were spot-on, and he thoroughly justified them. Due to COVID, my HOA was unreasonably sluggish and unhelpful all through the planning phase. Jim and his group diligently worked with my board to advance the project as quickly as feasible. The installation staff was kind and professional. They showed there on time and didn't leave a mess. After the final inspection, they came back and installed critter/pigeon protection and painted the conduit to match my house. It's been roughly six weeks since I first turned on my system. Just one thing I wish I had done differently? Why didn't I switch to solar power sooner!" - Oliver L.
"Jim was a big assistance to me while I was putting up solar panels. This man is fantastic. He is quite knowledgeable in the field, and he will gladly take the time to answer any questions you may have. Jim set my mind at rest and was on top of the whole process when I was first concerned about spending so much money on a solar system so near to the end of 2022 to qualify for the tax benefit. He even sped up the process a little. His quick action was much appreciated and proved decisive. Strongly recommended!" - Kaden G.
"Jimmy. He has extensive experience in the solar industry and is an expert in the field. He has helped explain the process and how to get the desired results. Those Tesla solar panels are stunning. He's not just interested in making a quick buck and moving on to the next customer. He is open and honest without being aggressive. We trust Jim completely, and we recommend him to everyone who is interested in cost reduction. Therefore, Jim is THE Solar Expert!" - Max S.
"Jim is a true expert in his field. He gives off a good impression, coming off as kind and really easygoing. Even when he was running 4 minutes late once, he still messaged me to let me know. I've made solar purchases previously, and I found Jim to be trustworthy, competitively priced, and most importantly, not aggressive. Some things made sense to me after he explained them to me that hadn't previously. Jim is now the one I call first, and I have no problem recommending him to others." - Antonio L.
