"Their tech assistance is horrible, which is a real bummer. For the last three months, I've been in touch with customer support many times each week to have my roof fixed after storm damage (caused by the company's faulty installation). There is ample photographic evidence of the damages. Customer support is kind, however, they put me on wait and apologize without providing any information since neither the technician assigned to my case nor the maintenance manager would speak to them. Avoid unnecessary anxiety and go elsewhere for employment; PPC Solar provides poor customer service." - Zachary E.
"It's the worst company I've ever dealt with; I've been trying to get my system up and running for over a year with no success. When you call, the answerer is always pleasant, but she never knows the answer to your question; instead, she listens to music for a while, ostensibly while consulting the solution to the problem, and then she promises to call you back with the correct information. If you're considering making the switch to solar energy as I am, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere." - Aaron I.
"The solar panel setup went well. However, I was never given any substantial updates during the procedure, which is great. This is why I can't give it a full five stars: A man slid into the attic during the solar installation and damaged my ceiling. Two repairmen were sent today, and in my view, they did a terrible job of attempting a DIY repair in my brand-new house. When they came to paint it after fixing it, they asked me whether I had a paintbrush. They departed, and I said that it was still evident, so they said I could do the touchups myself over the following few days. I have no idea why they sent the people who installed my solar panels to fix my drywall. They also grumbled a lot about not having the proper equipment since they never do anything like this. So long as you don't need any actual updates throughout the process and the installation goes well, PPC Solar should be OK." - Robert P.
"Everything went well when we initially began this process, and we are happy to give credit where it is due. When everything seemed ready to go through with the PPC Solar installation, nothing occurred. The materials didn't arrive when they were meant to, the PPC Solar representative who was scheduled to be here on the day of installation never showed up, and so on.It was quite frustrating since neither email nor voicemail yielded any information that helped us understand what was going on. It has taken three months to iron out all the kinks. I pray that my critique serves to further your development." - Hunter J.
"No compelling reasons to purchase the item. But ultimately concluded that sustainability was the way to go. My first interactions and installation went well, but after just a year of use (far after the guarantee had expired), they abruptly stopped functioning. It was "just the inverter" at first, and they promised to come when they could since I was still generating power. When I asked what was going on, they said they were backed up. Then, after a few weeks of not hearing from them, I stopped making energy altogether. My solar system is 1 year and 2 months old, and now I have to wait for them to come service it while paying at least $400. Unfortunately, it seems that this is just a money-generating ploy on their part. I'm crossing my fingers for a positive result, but I just don't see the point in shelling out all this additional cash." - Thomas N.
"What a nice group of competent people. They fairly improved my earthships' previous, very pricey solar system. They also presented me with alternatives and described the benefits of each. In addition to being incredibly helpful and attentive, Nathan and the office staff were also eager to provide technical knowledge. My 315-pound Rolls batteries were swapped out with lighter ones that would make future tasks simpler for me. Estimates and communication were both highly precise and predictable." - Liam R.
"It took a while to get the system up and running, but ever since then, it's been trouble-free. Even though my home is rather modest in size, I was impressed by the power it produced. Doing well for the environment has monetary benefits, but they are only a bonus. This is an organization I strongly endorse." - Brayden D.
"Delighted with my new solar system! I've been curious about solar power for a while now, and once we bought our new house, we began looking into it. As someone who approaches financial problems with caution and skepticism, I had a lot of questions, and Alex from PPC Solar was patient with me. Everything they informed me was true, including the timelines and procedures they outlined. The installers that arrived at my house also performed a fantastic job and were extremely competent. I adore checking in with the electric company's website once a month to discover that my solar energy output is equal to (and now surpassing) my usage!" - Carter S.
"In terms of sales, PPC Solar excels. never aggressive, always forthright, and always patient. Only this crew can de-rate the panels and provide you with a true estimate of production depending on actual circumstances, allowing you to plan your finances accordingly. They utilize high-efficiency, top-brand LG panels and have excellent installers. As an added bonus, if you don't have $32,000 hanging around, they'll finance the system for you so you can purchase it outright instead of leasing. I began saving immediately, and now that my loan is being amortized again after tax deductions, I can put away $50 more each month. Instead of paying $180 each month, my typical payment should be about $30. If I ever need to have my roof replaced, their crew will assist me in taking down the solar panels, storing them till the roof is redone, and then reinstalling them at a fair fee." - Owen P.
"PPC Solar performed a wonderful job of demystifying the solar panels and all their features. The outcomes have exceeded my expectations. It turned out that solar panels would work well for my home, and now I save more than $200 a month on my energy expenses. Since I've had the panels, they've generated more power than I've needed. The nicest thing is that I didn't have to spend any time or money on it. The services of PPC Solar are highly recommended by me." - Connor T.
