"I've had the pleasure of working with Synchro Solar for many years in my role as a sales representative for SolarWorld. As a manufacturer, I can attest to the fact that they have an impeccable reputation among their competitors and clientele. This year, I had a 6.6 kilowatt solar system built by Synchro Solar. The job, the documentation, and the communication were all flawless. Their performance was flawless. Nothing is wrong with my setup at all. Synchro Solar comes highly suggested by me." - Daniel
"I spoke to John at Syncrho this morning about adding on to my current solar system and doing an extension project on my house. Since my top solar-producing roof space is already occupied, he patiently and completely walked me through the other possibilities I have. He went above and above what was required, including explaining why it would be better for me to purchase a virtual net meter community solar system located somewhere in the state rather than install panels on my property, which may end up costing more than the electricity I receive from Portland General. Someone who takes the time to explain things thoroughly, even if doing so won't directly result in a sale, impresses me much with their honesty and professionalism. I have no qualms about suggesting Synchro Solar to anybody looking for a bid service." - Jacob
"In 2013, I had a Solar City array placed on a roof that was considered to be new enough to last the duration of the lease. After 3 years, we experienced a leak that had nothing to do with the solar panels. For $500, Solar City will take down and replace the panel. The contractor discovered significant leaks after removing the tiles under the solar panels. They took notes and offered an objective analysis of the event. I sent this to Solar City, but they wouldn't take any blame. Imagine it's been three years since the roof was completely replaced. After just two days on the market, I had a solid offer on my home. A leak beneath the solar was discovered during the examination. Again, I called Solar City, and they informed me that not only is the installation not insured, but that it would cost me $7,000 to remove and replace the solar (even though I had already paid $8,000 for the unit in full). I thought they were trying to extort me, so I looked for a neutral party. I was in need of assistance badly, since the closing date for the property was just three weeks away. The arrival of Synchro Solar! They heard my need and promised to send help my way the next day. The individual I talked with (Thank you, John!) was wonderful. My trust was restored by the owner's assurances of his dedication to customer care and enthusiasm for promoting the solar business. While solar energy is wonderful, I despise Solar City and Tesla. I vowed I would never buy Solar again after my experience with Tesla. My opinion was altered by Synchro Solar. They guarantee their products and services." - Robert
"What a fantastic organization. My whole interaction with them was wonderful. Since I had a hard time settling on a solar system, John patiently came up with a plethora of possibilities and cost estimates for me to consider. I had complete faith in their product knowledge and trust that they would only suggest solutions with which they were familiar and which had a track record of success. Greg carefully and graciously explained the technical aspects, and when it came time for the installation, the complete crew worked quickly, efficiently, and effectively together. The team was up for the task of attaching the panels to my unique framework, and they did it with a positive attitude. Everything from processing papers for financial incentives to trenching electrical connections to installing solar panels went off without a hitch. I have no complaints and would definitely use them again if I decide to add on to my current system." - Matt
"After debating the idea for a while, we decided to take the plunge and install solar panels on our roof this year. For my home in Hillsboro, Oregon, I did some research and settled on Solar World panels. These panels have a stellar reputation as well as the added bonus of being created in Oregon. When I inquired whether they knew of any local installers, they referred me to Synchro Solar. Although I was unable to get a great deal of information regarding the Solar World panels, I ultimately opted to purchase them. Over the years, I've worked with several contractors in the course of numerous home renovations. Syncho Solar was, without a doubt, a top-tier service. They were easy to get in touch with and always did what they said they would. Their work was of very high quality. We had the electricity company replace out the meter so we could go live, and the guy who did it said our installation was considerably higher quality than most he'd seen. He praised the meticulous labeling, saying that it will make upkeep much simpler in the long run. We have contributed around 20% more energy to the grid than we have taken since we turned the system on at the beginning of April. Expecting a zero power bill soon. Synchro Solar is an excellent choice for anybody thinking about installing a solar energy system. Completely satisfying results." - Ethan
