"I, too, have heard similar complaints from others about the installation procedure being too long due to a lack of communication and inexperience. I was unable to reach anybody, and even if I had, I wouldn't have gotten satisfactory responses. I was able to reach the proprietor, but he repeatedly put me off. Both electricity bill and the solar panel bills are now my responsibility. If anybody knows a good lawyer, please let me know." - Sebastian D.
"My panels finally started functioning after 9 months, but now I'm experiencing issues with my roof, even though my home was built in 2020.They opted to shut since the installation was botched. It was a problem right from the start. I forgot to mention that I'm also experiencing battery issues. All the harm they've caused must be compensated for." - Luis T.
"I first signed up for solar power in March 2021, and it is now December. The panels, however, have been paid for by me for the last 9 months. In April of 2021, the panels were put in place. Not until September was all of the wiring completed. I've been told they're arranging my inspection for months now, but nothing ever happens. The date for the audit was set for January 18th, 2022. Obviously, nobody came. No one picked up the phone when I phoned prior to 5:00 p.m. There was also no email response." - Dominic M.
"The "gateway meter" problem has persisted since we initially signed the contract in March of 2021, and it is now January of 2022. We started paying for them in June 2021, even though they wouldn't be switched on until December. We've just been paying for solar plus power, but I put my faith in the salesman since we were already friends. Because this organization does not stand up for its clients, I have pondered hiring a lawyer to deal with them." - Cole P.
"We agreed upon terms in February 2021; it is now September 2021, and the solar panels have been operational for many months without passing inspection. They never answer their phones or respond to emails, claiming instead that their lines are busy. We had to have our roof rebuilt because they installed non-weatherproof connectors that violated state regulations. I rescheduled my day three times to be here when they wanted me to be here to allow them into my garage, but they never showed up for their appointments. During one of the warmest years on record, we have had to pay twice as much for solar and power." - Alex O.
"Our 50kW project atop a brand-new luxury apartment complex was planned and installed with the aid of Quest. All of the engineering was flawless. In one location, there was just a two-inch gap between the array and the wall. I was told it would, but worried it wouldn't, end up working. The solar canopy was a perfect fit and turned out to be a really classy construction. Working with Quest was a pleasure. Excellent assistance and adaptability throughout the many obstacles encountered by the project. If you need a solar canopy, I, as the project manager, highly suggest them." - Thomas B.
"Gorgeous and powerful, Quest Renewables' canopies are a cut above the rest. After 20 years in the solar sector, I can say without a doubt that the 907kW canopy we just finished near is the most aesthetically pleasing solar canopy project I have ever seen. We appreciate working with Quest to provide a canopy of this caliber, which will be appreciated by the client and their staff for many years to come." - Adrian F.
"Quest has been involved in the creation and construction of not one, but two projects. Crew are wonderful to deal with, and Quest is the first company I consider when shopping around for solar canopies for parking lots. The major distinction in my experiences with Quest and other suppliers is the communication and desire to address difficulties, however it's good to hear compliments like "they're great" and "would work with them again." My emails and voicemails are always acknowledged, even if it's only with a "received and working on it" message rather than a direct answer. This means a great deal to me and demonstrates that they respect my time and appreciate my business. Too frequently I send out requests for quotes (RFQs) to potential partners and then have to check in with them a week later to verify whether they saw my email and are still interested in doing business with us. Second, the ability to find creative solutions to unforeseen problems is essential in the construction industry. I've never had someone on the Quest team start a conversation with "that's not our responsibility" or any other such statement. I like that when problems arise, they immediately get to work on finding innovative solutions while keeping owner relations and the budget in mind. The "why" and "who's fault" questions can be answered afterwards." - Chase O.
"The team at Quest Renewables is fantastic to work with. They provide a solution that can spread twice as far as their rivals, and their presence on-site helps builders feel more comfortable with the novel product. Strongly recommended!" - Julian T.
"Though there have been holdups in making my panels work. I realize that things outside the control of the company, such as inspections, plan reviews, and the like, might cause delays in the installation process. Recently however, I've been communicating with Kate, and she's been fantastic in terms of both answering my concerns and doing research into additional difficulties I've been having with my installation. I really appreciate her quick responses to my inquiries and how much she has helped me relax. With her help, I'm hoping we can go forward quickly and efficiently." - Jason K.
