"A business that not only fails to appreciate the importance of customer service but also fails to keep up with the trends in terms of technology. After spending tens of thousands of dollars and waiting over a year, we are still waiting for the first requirements. There are a ton of different businesses competing for your attention." - Greg
"The system was not finished according to the anticipated timeframe because of holdups in the procedure for obtaining municipal permits." - Anonymous
"My company, Western Solar, just finished installing solar panels on my roof. There were no hiccups during installation since the staff was so competent. They were able to do the work in the allotted amount of time. However, I have noticed a few small performance difficulties with the system. Overall, the amount of energy generated is sufficient, although there have been some brief power outages. Customer support at Western Solar has been helpful in fixing these problems, however it has taken longer than expected to do so. My experience with the setup and operation of the system has been positive, however I have some complaints about the after-sale service." - Ryan
"Working with Western Solar has been nothing but a difficult and unsatisfactory experience for me. I had a number of problems with the system after installation. Since the panels were not leveled, less electricity was generated. I have tried to get in touch with Western Solar's support team many times with no luck. It is annoying to put money into solar panels and have them not produce any energy. Those thinking of going with Western Solar should do what I did and look into their options carefully." - Matt
"The installation procedure by Western Solar was fraught with setbacks and misunderstandings. They were supposed to have completed the installation by a certain time, but they didn't, and now my plans are all thrown off. Misunderstandings between their sales staff and the installation team occurred often, leading to further problems. I have informed customer support of my problems, but they have not been resolved to my satisfaction. Western Solar has disappointed me with their lack of professionalism and lack of attention to detail. Based on my own experience, I cannot give them a positive recommendation." - Karrie
"If you are thinking about going solar, you should definitely go with Western Solar. The only installers to visit my home and do a thorough inspection of the roof and electrical system. My choices and the potential tax advantage were laid out in great detail. They also answered my queries and addressed my system requirements promptly. Strongly recommended." - Grant
"Because they listened to me and explained how my prefabricated house could handle the added weight of solar panels, I was able to avoid taking out a $30,000 loan. They have my unequivocal endorsement. This company is known for being honest and forthright with customers who are considering solar energy installations. They will not take any chances with it at all. Callum and Lindsey were great to work with; they were knowledgeable, helpful, and forthcoming with all the information I needed to have solar panels installed on my roof. If I ever settle on a traditional house, I will definitely contact them about installing solar panels. Thanks a lot, Western Solar!" - Sarah
"My time spent in collaboration with Western Solar was enjoyable. They take every precaution and pay close attention to every detail. Callum, one of their designers, really won us over by carefully going over our scenario and explaining why his solution would be ideal. We were able to keep the full team in the loop during the whole process, and we can not wait to start collecting solar energy on future bright days!" - claire
"Installations of solar panels and the Tesla Powerwall have been handled expertly. My friends and neighbors all vouched for Western Solar, so that is who I went with. I was the first person to have Tesla Powerwalls installed with solar panels to serve as a backup source of energy in the event of a blackout and to provide continuous electricity throughout the night. They did a good job at a fair price and in a professional manner. The sun charges the batteries at night, so I do not need to utilize Puget Sound Energy's municipal grid during the day. My experience with them has been excellent." - Ted
"Our heat pump installation by Western Solar was excellent. Throughout, they were helpful, kind, and a pleasure to deal with. After seeing our plans and taking measurements, Marcus suggested an outside unit with 20,000 BTUs and two interior heads. The installation crew was professional, efficient, and pleasant to work with. If we convert to electric heat, we can install two more inside units on the opposite side of the house, but so far the two that are already there have been sufficient. Our home is now air conditioned and ready for the hot summer months!" - Ryan
