"This firm has earned my highest praise. My first interaction with the sales consultant set the tone for a pleasant and productive experience throughout. I was regularly informed by the project manager. Both the solar panel and backup battery installation teams were professional and on time. Both groups were courteous while they were in my yard. Additionally, everyone was helpful and kind in answering my many inquiries. I'm happy I went with this provider." - BillR
"In May, I started researching the feasibility of installing solar panels on my roof. Alternative Energy Southeast, Inc. got in touch with me right away and started working on a price proposal for the installation I was interested in. They have maintained a high level of professionalism and communication throughout the whole thing. Permitting for the project is now complete, and construction should begin by the end of August at the latest. The job they have done for me so far has been excellent, and I have no doubt that they will continue to wow me for the duration of the final installation. Please accept my gratitude on behalf of Alternative Energry Southeast, Inc." - Richard
"The project got off to a slow start, but once it got rolling, it was finished in reasonable time. After 8 months of use, I can say that the projected savings were too optimistic, albeit this may be due to the fact that my electricity use is rather low. The federal tax credit aided in the cash flow payback period, and the customer satisfaction was high overall. The projected cash flow payback time is definitely a little high." - Hank
"On a project involving the whole community, I collaborated with the Alternative Energy Southeast crew for a full year. They have always kept themselves to the greatest standards throughout this period. I eventually made the decision to hire AES to build a solar system on my own house after seven years of considering my choices. Everything went extremely well, from proposal to installation to commissioning. The staff and Montana were extremely kind and eager to go above and above to meet our requirements. We found a pre-existing issue in my electrical panel during the installation (it was actually melting). AES did a great job of analyzing the problem, going through possibilities, and solving it. The fact that the fee for the extra work was SO VERY REASONABLY PRICED, in my opinion, testifies to their ethical attitude. I've had electrical work done on other houses, and I know what the going rate is in the business. Given our predicament, the AES may have used the "Change Order" strategy and overcharged us. Instead, we were essentially given good work for the price of the supplies. For solar installations and household electrical work, I heartily endorse AES." - Kenner
"The solar photovoltaic (PV) system, which is connected to the power grid and has a battery bank as a backup, was developed and constructed by Alternative Energy Southeast, Inc. We researched the local market extensively, and AES emerged as the clear winner. To our great satisfaction, the AES installation staff not only let us watch them work without interrupting their progress but also took the time to answer all of our questions and taught us about the system as they went. We remember the installation team as meticulous workers who put in extra effort to ensure that everything was done correctly. They exemplified the best work ethic and left no stone unturned. Our research and personal experience lead us to confidently propose Alternative Energy Southeast for the design and installation of solar photovoltaic systems. We have the highest faith in these individuals and their abilities." - Raya
