"Chad Waits and his staff pleased my wife and myself a lot. He gave a very in-depth lecture on our patio while we were all wearing masks. The Net Zero crew performed just as we anticipated when it came time to install the solar panels. They addressed all of my inquiries and were really professional. Although we had to wait for TEP, it only took us around 1.5 days to get going. Since the panels were put, it has been more than three months (and two power bills) and we are pleased with the results. We already saved around $280 for two months compared to the expenses from previous year. I really like checking out the app to see how much energy we create compared to how much we use. Regarding energy independence, there is still more work to be done in that area. Our highest mark for the day was 47%. I suppose this will presumably rise in the coming years as storage batteries become more inexpensive. Overall, we are happy with the results. We used to be pleased when it rained, but now we are also extremely glad when the sky is clear!" - Adam
"The system's execution and design were excellent. The ground installation's last-minute addition of screening to ward off packrats was skillfully done and had no impact on the quoted price. They were all courteous, and I never saw anybody "lean on their shovel."Other than Chad, Louis was my "outstanding member of the team." He was always understanding when I asked him several questions (engineers are like that), and he was obviously knowledgeable about all the system's electrical and electronic components. I strongly suggest Net Zero." - Professional and knowledgeable
"From the first consultation, which had a wealth of details and information, until the installation, Net Zero Solar performed flawlessly. The team was skilled, informed, and there was a complete clean up. The follow-up has been excellent, and the Enphase Enlighten system enables us to keep track of our consumption and monitor our system. We award 10 stars to the business and its employees." - Allen and Lynda
"The Net Zero Solar team was kind, informed, skilled, and diligent from the initial interaction until the time the electricity was finally turned on. They handled the challenging oddities of our 70-year-old adobe home with ease, always including me in the answers. These men work as a team, so I was glad to see the boss getting his hands filthy as well! From the feedback I received from the inspectors, it is clear that they are respected by both TEP and the City, and they even went above and above to assist us with certain rate disputes with TEP. They are highly recommended." - Steve Hayden
"After speaking with Chad Watts, we decided to choose Net Zero Solar out of all the firms we examined. I'm very pleased we did. They provide outstanding installation and servicing, are extremely friendly and approachable, and keep an eye on our system. They also fixed a flaw in the prior solar installation and solar hot water system that had been caused by a previous installation by someone else. They treat you like family and have a terrific crew. I heartily endorse them. I refuse to work with anybody else. We now have solar panels on the home, the garage, and solar hot water." - Marti L
