"If you ask me, you should take your money somewhere. We contracted with them in November of '20 to finish a huge multi-house project by May of '21. In November of 21, the project was declared "completed." During that period, there was hardly no dialogue between the two parties. Despite many texts reassuring me that an installation staff was on the way, no one ever showed up to do the job. At the last minute, I'd receive a text message requesting to enter a restricted location, even though they'd previously told me they didn't need to. They have called to complain a "string of panels" was not working, but when the technician arrived, he said everything looked great and was, in fact, running as it should. Despite repeated assurances to the contrary, I have never been granted access to the system monitoring software. Without it, I have no way of knowing whether or not their assertions that everything is running well are true. One of the least competent businesses I've dealt with. Don't bother with this situation any more." - Adam F.
"Initial payments for both systems of 40% were made in December 2020. March/April 2021 for installation of the panels. The electricity providers have not yet been connected to the panels. Also, despite paying in full, Duke Electric has not yet agreed to install a net meter in one house due to poor communication. The arrangement with IPL to install the meter has now been completed and the connection has improved at the second house. Hopefully." - Diego M.
"Total Horror. RECTIFY SCRUBS ALL THE BAD REVIEWS (they managed to delete my previous review, but people should know, so I will continue posting). We were supposed to be finished by April, but got a lawyer involved in August when the owner embezzled our $27k down payment and refused to purchase materials or do any work. Now we are 10 months late, the system is almost finished, and Rectify is ignoring my emails. We are in the process of filing a complaint with the State Attorney General's Office in an attempt to get our system completed." - Carlos N.
"After having our broken inverter taken away, we were without one for a whole year. There was never a proper installation of the system. Despite repeatedly promising to call back, customer support consistently fails to do so. Since the system was installed, we have not been able to make proper use of it. We have an ongoing email conversation with you guys going back over a year, so please don't urge us to "contact customer service team." - Tristan M.
"Do Your Research Before Purchasing. The sales and set up got rave reviews, but that's not what's important. Rectify Solar has the worst after-sale service, warranty, and system dependability in the industry. There has been a pattern of very shady connections, fires, and nonpayment to local contractors. While you may be receiving excellent service and communication throughout the sales process, you can count on hearing crickets if and when the system you purchased malfunctions, develops a defect, or even causes a fire in your home." - Dominic O.
"A great provider of solar energy services. All the people of the company are great. They get the job done in a neat and orderly manner. They can be contacted at any time for clarification on any questions that arise. I have also noticed a decrease in my monthly energy costs. After installing the solar panels, my electric bill dropped from $298 to $86. The payment is expected to be significantly lower this month after another 12 panels are installed. You should be sure to contact them before making any financial commitments." - Thomas O.
"This review is long overdue, but I wanted to give my system enough time to work before I wrote it so that I could give you an accurate assessment of Rectify Solar's customer service. My only real complaint is that contact can sometimes be difficult. They do such a quality job that I have no doubt about it. Also, everything about working with Rectify Solar, from project development (solar panels and backup power) to permitting and installation, was simple and straightforward. Wyatt did his best to make contact with the vendor to identify the defective component and replace it. I recommend Rectify Solar. It is a reliable neighborhood business." - Julian L.
"The installation of my system by Rectify Solar was top notch. They provide excellent results quickly and reliably. The installation went off without a hitch and I have the project team to thank for that. I have advised everyone I know to check them out. They are in the area and easily accessible at any time. They came on Sunday night to help me with my computer. The best solar company ever." - Jason R.
"We were quite impressed by the efforts of the Rectify Solar team. Before, during, and after the update to our Enphase system, the sales and installation crew showed up on time, provided a competitive estimate, treated us with respect, and communicated well. One hired installer was thrown off by our vintage Akeena panels and racking, and a second, bigger installer wanted to rebuild the racking at twice the going cost. Rectify was familiar with our infrastructure and equipped to get the job done effectively. They finished the whole task in one day, including the installation of the combiner box. Plus, they gave us some solid advice that would help us out with the next work on the battery backup system. As an architect with expertise in solar design for commercial buildings, my wife and I have no hesitation in recommending this family-run business to our friends and family." - Luis N.
"This company was highly recommended to me by a patient who advised me to contact them for any solar panel issues I had at work. My family and I saved a lot of money thanks to the carport and solar panels they installed on our roof. Not only did my family and I get a great price, because he made the interior of our house more energy efficient, which resulted in lower utility bills. He also has the abilities of an electrician and handyman. My family's house had mold, among other problems, but the inspector still gave us a passing grade. I appreciate that! Several of the solar firms I contacted informed me that their offices were closed, and I had not heard back from any of them." - Henry C.
