"We added heat pumps in 2014 and solar hot water in 2009. We enjoy our systems and the installations went smoothly. Getting regular maintenance or repair is difficult. You leave a message and don't hear back for a week. Call back, speak to someone who says they'll check into it—no response. One worker services heat pumps. Since this is the same individual they've had for years, Covid is unrelated. Mice nibbled the insulation off the heat pumps' outer pipe covers because the holes weren't plugged. We wondered whether we could repair it. After talking to various persons who couldn't respond, we were offered three alternative firms to undertake the task. Service is difficult since most solar installers only operate on systems they install. After considerable difficulty, we phoned Fujitsu and spoke to a lovely specialist who addressed all our issues in less than 15 minutes. We made it mice-proof ourself. We have another minor issue—the heat pump interior cover has to be replaced—and it's taken weeks to arrange a repair appointment. ReVision likes installing but hates servicing. They're unrecommended for this. Their service is abysmal." - Coleman installation
"The installation staff was very respectful and professional throughout. Although the scheduling was a problem for my installation, I thought the cost was less than competitive. There were issues with the pre-sales engineering and design. I requested to have as many panels as my roof could hold. Actually, I could add two more panels to my roof, but that was no longer possible without an update to my inverter. The back office assistance was highly effective and fast for filing documentation to the state and utilities. The procedure was as simple as it could be. My one piece of advise is to question the scope and price of any improvements or additions before committing." - Joem
"Our panels and the ReVision Energy Team have exceeded our expectations. Given our roof design, the possibilities were offered with clear explanations and models of energy harvesting. The installation personnel was also excellent. They put forth a lot of effort, deliberated over several difficulties, and ultimately produced an amazing outcome. Most of the connecting cables are concealed, and those that were required are only noticeable if you look closely. It turned much better than we had anticipated. There were minor COVID delays during the procedure, and the crew stepped up to minimize them. I am directing relatives and friends to ReVision Energy as they see our solar panels." - Rick H
"Installation took place in April 2020, just as the COVID panic started to become a problem. Job was finished in one day thanks to the crew's quick effort. Mutual agreement was reached on a schedule so that the deteriorating asphalt roof could be replaced with a standing seam before installation. The fact that all paperwork for tax-related permits and interactions with the electricity provider was handled was a huge advantage. They completed every task. In my studio, which I am now enjoying in January, last summer's heat was literally absorbed and banked. In every way, installation was done professionally. Up to and including being prepared for a code enforcement inspection. Highly recommended." - Art
"Being a former construction executive, I conducted some study on solar firms before speaking with and getting quotes from four different companies. All four were excellent and cost between $32 and $34K for the identical equipment. I chose Revision Energy since their salesperson was the most receptive and provided the most thorough and in-depth explanations for all of my inquiries. This gave me the impression that this business prioritized client satisfaction. The project ran well. Revisions Energy received an A despite my strict standards for grading construction businesses. They were extremely responsive, had fantastic communication, handled all the paperwork and permissions with Eversource, arrived when they said they would, and produced outstanding work. The business manager, the project manager, the solar installers, and the electricians were all excellent. Everyone adhered to Covid guidelines. They immediately came out and rectified the one little issue I had with the critter guard. I have every confidence in recommending this business." - Joe L
"Everybody was really forward and honest throughout. They were kind, professional, and well-organized—qualities that are hard to find in businesses today. Every step of the way, they were there to lead and assist you. arranging the installation, the inspection, and completing and submitting the necessary documentation to the utility. Revision is highly advised. During installation, we had a little difficulty, but they were attentive and made sure it was fixed, which it was." - FLGE
"I was extremely happy with the staff, including the salespeople, installers, and front-office staff, from Revision Energy's first inspection through the installation's final walk-through. They were good at communicating and making sure we knew what was happening when. Both tasks were finished in three days as planned by the two teams, who were punctual, courteous, and professional. We are quite pleased with the solar panels, which are producing power even in February right now, and the heat pump, which functions effectively for heating. If there are any service problems, I have no doubt that Revision Energy would take care of them right away." - DocRoss
