"In November of 2020, we finalized our agreement with Solar Wolf. Since then, we've been receiving updates every few months. There has been no movement on our project, and email responses are very delayed. We informed them that if they were unable to finish the project by the end of 2021, we would seek to terminate our agreement with them. Our investigation has shown this firm to be quite unprofessional." - Lukas S.
"I share the predicament of others. I signed a contract in April and paid the required deposits right away, but nobody can give me a firm date for the actual installation. I've spent a great deal of time trying to follow up, but I keep getting nice comments like "we're working on it" but no actual date. I'd be happy to edit my review if things start to click this month and the job really gets done as agreed upon (I was told it would be a breeze to finish by October). Please assist me out, so that I can avoid spending money on any future escalations. Was also deceived to by Roof Wolf, who claimed to be GAF Elite Certified when they weren't. This was an outright fabrication. They serve as a middleman and hire out roofing jobs to anybody they like without informing their clients." - Dominick H.
"They were the only ones who showed up on the day they were promised, so that's a plus. The panels and frames were not properly grounded. Not enough clamps were used on the frames. While we were there, we walked around the solar panels. My ridge shingle was broken and I was not even informed about it. They didn't tidy up the area. On my deck, I found chipped off pieces of framing. Another installation was required to fix everything before they certified the system for Eversource." - Roberto W.
"To cut a long boring tale short. They messed up and only obtained a permit for a 5-kilowatt generator when they needed a 6.5-kilowatt. There wasn't supposed to be a payment until 30 days after the system was turned on, but now it's dead on my roof since the bank closed the loan and placed it in collections. The bill arrived a few days after the panels were placed on the roof, but the system was never turned on; now, 9 months later, the equipment remains inoperable on my roof with no assistance from anybody, and the bank obviously couldn't care less about the situation other for getting its $40,000 out of me. You should avoid this firm at all costs." - Cash U.
"Solar Wolf tried to replace a cheaper panel and charge us the same price for a smaller system with just four fewer panels after we had them come out for a site inspection. Even after finding a new bidder and having the same 50 LG panels installed, we ended up paying $8,000 less than Solar Wolf had requested. Several installers came in much below our budget estimate. Doing research and comparison shopping is always a good idea." - Drew N.
"Only the finest tools and support staff will do! They took me by the hand and showed me how to do it. They accommodated my busy schedule and responded quickly to my queries. It's a waste of money to rent or lease when you can purchase a system that will eventually pay for itself. Since I bought my first house in Massachusetts, I've been interested in solar energy. Everyone was offering me leases on solar panels. I can afford this system because to tax credits, and I'll have no power costs for 20 years thereafter. It would be illogical not to put money into it." - Andy P.
"Over the years, I have researched and contacted several solar panel manufacturers and installers. Most of them were interested in renting a modest system, and none were willing to change their offerings to better meet my requirements. After much deliberation, I decided to buy the system rather than renting it. In addition to creating a better and more extensive system, Solar Wolf also offered much lower prices. Here in Plymouth, Massachusetts, finding a job can be a time-consuming ordeal. I think the Solar Wolf team was stunned at how difficult this operation was. This was their first installation in town, and everyone has to get used to it at some point, so the job took a little longer than usual. Waiting can be difficult, but they kept me regularly informed by phone and email of new developments. Even so, the time from the time I was hired at the firm to the time the system was activated was only 90 days. If you are thinking about purchasing solar panels for your home, I highly recommend Solar Wolf." - Raymond G.
"The Solar Wolf team has been a fantastic pleasure to deal with. They are professionals and a pleasure to work with. They are available any time of the day or night to respond to your emails and inquiries. It was easy to work with them and they responded faster than any other company I have worked with." - Drake O.
"I was skeptical at first since they cold called us, but they have been nothing but kind and helpful throughout this whole process. Everything about the installation was as advertised. We needed a new roof, and the workers they hired to do the job performed an excellent job. They aren't the cheapest option, but they provide excellent value for the price. At the end of the day, we were able to get premium parts at a reasonable cost. Two weeks in, solar power has been reliable." - Calvin E.
"The pack is led by Solar Wolf. There are a lot of things that make this firm special. Solar Wolf stands itself from the competition because to the honesty it displays toward its clientele. We knew Solar Wolf was the right choice from the moment we called them to inquire about solar energy and what kind of system we could and should install. Every member of the Solar Wolf crew I interacted with was kind and competent. Solar Wolf is committed to the quality of their work. No matter whether I called or emailed, I always got a prompt answer. Kate was the primary point of contact for us, since she would visit to our house to collect and deliver documentation. But we even got to talk the head honcho! Who does that as a firm! The installation of our SE-7600 inverter and 30 solar panels proceeded well, and we have been producing electricity ever since. SolarWolf has fantastic workers, and we couldn't be happier working with them." - Erik T.
