Zenernet online reputation

The experiences with Zenernet are wildly variable, according to the numerous consumer feedback that has been given. There are several examples of poor customer service, slow response, installation delays, and installation quality problems. Customers have complained that it is difficult to connect their equipment to the electricity grid, get into the homeowner portal, and obtain proper customer service and contact from the business.Additionally, there have been instances when Zenernet has been inattentive to queries, missed inspection dates, and had financial difficulties that led to liens being put on consumers' houses. Additionally, some consumers have voiced their displeasure with Zenernet's goods due to obsolete technology and a lack of innovation. It is crucial to keep in mind that there have also been a few good encounters, in which clients have applauded certain employees for their courtesy and professionalism throughout the sales and installation processes. According to the bulk of comments, Zenernet generally seems to have serious issues with client happiness, communication, and customer support. The company's dependability and capacity to provide a positive solar installation experience are called into question by these unfavorable encounters and anomalies. Therefore, before using Zenernet, prospective consumers should do extensive research on and explore other solar suppliers.
"Zenernet Solar installed my system in Roseville, CA, but I have had nothing but trouble with their customer service and the quality of the installation. I had to follow up often before I was given a date for the installation of the solar panels. It has been installed, but it is not yet linked to the power grid, hence it is not now serving any use. I have tried calling and emailing the business close to a dozen times, but I never get a response, and nobody ever picks up the phone. Leave your name and number and someone will get back to you, or something of that effect. The inverter panel, which controls the system, was installed in a very unattractive location. It may have been hidden behind a blank wall, where it would have been less likely to be damaged by mistake or vandalized on purpose due to its conspicuous location. To sum up, Zenernet does not prioritize the needs of its customers." - Rogelio
"On 6/7/22, we finalized our agreement with Zenernet to provide solar PV services. The system was ultimately installed on 8/18/22 despite two missed appointments on their side for which they failed to contact us until a full day later. On October 14th, the final inspection was completed. Things have been rough so far, but they have managed to get the job done. After the final review, things began to deteriorate. They assured me that the system was operational and wired into the electricity grid, but my most recent account shows no evidence of this. Someone was supposed to contact me to finish off the installation and show me how to get into the homeowner portal to see my solar output, and they never did. After not hearing back from them, I reached out to them on October 26th, 22. Several times a week, I would raise the issue and get more of the company's sales, project management, and installation staff involved. After some time, I sent my email to eight members of staff who had previously contacted me and dealt with me. Even today, no one has replied. On 11/7/22, the CEO sends an email to all customers claiming that they are having problems keeping up with the demand and that customers should contact a generic customer support email that is, according to the CEO, being monitored. Naturally, I contacted that address and have heard nothing back. No one has the decency to inform me that they are swamped and me a timeframe for a reply. All my efforts to get in touch have been completely disregarded. The neighbor I told Zenernet about is much worse. After the first home visit, they became silent, and the 60-day installation deadline is quickly approaching with no sign of progress. Nobody in my neighborhood has heard anything from Zenernet either. Zenernet has already been paid, however they have not been contacted about future steps." - Christopher
"BEWARE! NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER USE THIS BUSINESS! In the beginning, my customer service and representative were excellent. After our first meeting in July 2022, my system was up and running by August 11 of that year. I was supposed to get an inspection for "turning on" my system in early September. Nothing ever happened; nobody ever phoned. Today is November 9, 2022, and Zenernet still has not sent anybody out to examine my system so that it can be "turned on." I have phoned every number I have for the company, and nobody has responded or gotten back to me. I have emailed everyone, including the CEO, many times with no response. What is worse is that Zenernet has not paid its distributor, thus they have placed a mechanic's lien on my house. The wholesaler I contacted indicated they had been trying to reach someone at Zenernet about outstanding invoices for weeks. So that I may revise my assessment, I am hoping this will be settled quickly and amicably." - Coolin
"In May of '21, I got started on my project. This is a battery-only project, and I bought all of the necessary tools outright. After several setbacks, they finally had a different business take up the job and install the battery. In my opinion, Zenernet does not employ any kind of technical team. Edison turned down the first PTO in August of 2022. The application cannot be resubmitted at this time. Throughout the process, I have met with at least a dozen different representatives or project managers, all of whom made empty assurances that the work will eventually be finished. It has been two months since we last spoke." - Mohammed
"It has been 5 months since the first installation. Our initial inspection was a failure for numerous reasons due to the poor installation. The second inspection failed even after we redone the whole system since we still do not have a sub panel. Even our original contract mentions having a sub panel installed. That is not even the worst of my complaints. After the first failed inspection, I had trouble getting in touch with our project manager. The truth is out, they left. To acquire a new project manager, I had to contact sales and support through email. You would assume they would do this automatically whenever someone left, but that was not the case. That new PM never responded to my emails or phone calls. I had to send many emails to the company's owner, my salesman, and customer support before I was given a project manager who would return my calls. I was able to get the system rebuilt with her assistance, however they neglected to include this control panel. Having waited for months, I just got a call from an installation business indicating they will be out the following day to put in the solar panel. They failed to appear. I was informed that someone would be out last Monday or Thursday to install the panel, and that there were a few reasons why that had not happened yet. Again, nobody was there. The project manager has stopped responding my calls or even picking up the phone. The installation firm is likewise unresponsive; their voicemail is full. I am submitting a complaint with the California licensing board, which is a last resort, and tomorrow I am going to phone a lawyer who focuses on solar fraud. Everyone else who is struggling with the same issues I am ought to try this." - Rob
"I recently had a terrible experience with Zenernet Solar. After submitting the request for solar panel installation, I was expecting to get some sort of response within few days. Unfortunately, it took weeks and still there was no response from them. The customer service also failed to address my queries on time and in an efficient manner. It felt like they were deliberately dragging the process. The long waiting process was really unbearable and caused me a lot of frustration. I had to follow up multiple times with them for updates about the solar panel installation; still, there was no response from their end. This is unacceptable especially when you are dealing with solar energy related services which involve huge investments. Moreover, their customer service team was very unprofessional and had no knowledge about the product." Marge O.
"I am extremely disappointed with the lack of innovation in their product. The panels on my roof are very outdated, meaning they do not capture as much energy as newer models. Additionally, I was promised that repairs would be covered within a certain timeframe if anything went wrong, but when an issue popped up, they were unresponsive and unwilling to help. It seems like the company is not investing in the latest technologies, resulting in a subpar product with no customer support. Overall, I would not recommend Zenernet Solar to anyone looking for a modern and reliable solar system. Instead, I would suggest they look elsewhere in order to get the most value for their money. In short, the lack of innovation with Zenernet Solar has left me feeling incredibly frustrated and let down. It's clear that the company doesn't care about its customers or their success. Furthermore, it's obvious that they are more focused on their own profits than the quality of their products. It's really a shame that an otherwise great idea has been plagued by such poor execution." Brian B.
"I have been trying to reach out to them for the past week, but they never answer their phones. Every time I call, I just get a robotic message that says they are too busy or something like that and then it hangs up. It's unacceptable customer service! Emails also don't get replies. I am tired of being ignored, and if I don't hear from them soon, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Zenernet Solar clearly does not care about its customers or providing adequate customer service. This experience has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Avoid this company at all costs! They are not worth your time or money." Amanda W.
"Wow, what a fantastic time I had! With Philip, it all started. We determined what I would need and installed as much of it as my budget would allow. I had to have an electrical panel installed, and he was totally OK with my finding a contractor on my own. The Zenernet crew collaborated with my contractor to get everything set up properly and make sure it functioned with my solar panels. Bill, my engineer once the installation was complete, was excellent. His follow-up was usually prompt and professional. I am eager to go solar and can not wait to be free of APS expenses. We appreciate the hard work and dedication of everyone at Zenernet. I will highly recommend Zenernet to everyone I know." - Simone
"Although we have not yet acquired the equipment, the sales presentation was smooth. We are assessing everything together since their pricing was little more than the competition's. If their pricing was much lower than SunPower's, adopting them would have been an easy choice. Nick has superb interpersonal skills. Integrity-driven, information-packed, and non-pushy. Spending time in conversation with him is time well spent." - Lee
