"Climatic Solar managed to have my negative review removed from Google, so I'm posting it again here. They finished the installation, the salesman forgot to include the critter guards in the original quotation but insisted I accept the work quickly since it was the "end of the month" and they would still honor the price. This is not what they did. Nothing I did worked until I finally reached the attention of the CEO, who flat-out refused to honor it. When my neighbors asked me who installed my solar panels, I warned them emphatically not to go with Climatic Solar. Just terrible business practices and a lack of trustworthiness. Removing it once more: Climatic Solar...I'll simply go ahead and compose another honest evaluation like this one." - Ahmad S.

"Climatic Solar made me very sad. By the end of June 2020, I had solar panels installed. Four months later, in October, Climatic Solar finally turned on my system. Despite the installation of the solar panels, there was no change in my electric bill, and Excel energy reports that I generated zero kilowatt hours (kWh) of electricity. Numerous attempts to contact this company resulted in the same message: my system is functioning optimally. After the solar panels were installed, I hooked up the system to electricity myself and figured out the software to monitor the system. I never heard back from anybody, and then an unexpected service technician showed up when it was most inconvenient for me. "This email was written after they contacted me (in response to one of my many emails). Their website is designed for new clients, I was informed after receiving many angry letters that suggested I was exaggerating. Once again, there is no method for paying consumers to get in touch with anybody. Whom they prioritize is plain to see. By the way, the unanswered number is the one shown below. They never return your phone calls! I have been calling and leaving messages for days. The phone is never answered, and no one ever returns your calls. "About four years ago, they installed my system, and up until February 21 there were no issues. Since then, I have repeatedly phoned and left voicemails with no response. Since then, I've been unable in getting in touch with anybody; the number I was given to call was for leaving messages only. A week ago, someone who identified themselves as "brian" left me a message claiming he would look into my issue, but I haven't heard from him since. I have to pay my regular cps cost, which is double what it usually is, plus $200 to fix a system that isn't functioning." - Roger D.

Jax finally texted me after 20 minutes!! We went through the matter together, and he assured me everything was alright after looking at the numbers. "Our solar pool system was expertly installed by Damon and Dalton. My wife and I were very satisfied with the results after their two days of hard work. These days, workers who are committed to their jobs are hard to come by. They were so thorough that they even pointed up other issues on my roof that may require fixing in the future. "Our terrain is ideal for solar power generation. The rear of our home, which faces south, receives ideal sunlight because of its orientation to the north. They conducted an energy analysis and designed a reliable electrical system. It cost us $205 to power our home in July. The minimal cost to connect to the FPL electricity grid is $32, and because our system was built in August, the first full month of service was in September. We put down nothing and were able to get a loan at a rate below 1%. Our monthly payment is $75. That's the amount we'd have to pay FPL on a monthly basis. Anyway. However, we were able to save $43 once all expenses were taken into account. Our air conditioner worked extra in September since it was much rainier than July. Having the panels on the south side of the home should assist with cooling as well, right? Because of the space between the panels and the roof, the attic stays much cooler. Cost savings will increase in tandem with rising electricity costs. They performed an excellent job, and their panels produced as much energy as they had predicted they would." - Nickolas M.

"That firm is top-notch, no doubt. Over nine years ago, I had a solar pool heater and solar hot water heater built. Since then, I've called Climatic a few times, and each time they've been quick to respond. They understand the meaning of customer service and consistently provide it. My roof started leaking last week, and the contractor couldn't fix it until he removed three of the solar panels. Two days before Christmas, I contacted Climatic, and the kind receptionist indicated that they would do their best to get someone out within the following few days, but that they were very busy due to the holiday. Three hours after I called, two technicians arrived and removed the panels in 45 minutes. I am now waiting for the roofer. You're very welcome, Climatic." - River N.

The business owner was incredibly hands-on and helpful, addressing any and all of our inquiries. The system was installed within the specified time limit and is presently generating electricity.
