"Worst company ever. When we informed them we weren't interested, they persisted in talking to other people in our family whose names they made up. When he was told he couldn't use our meter, he wouldn't go. Even after being given a last warning to leave the premises, he stood ** in my face and demanded to know what I would do if the youngster wanted to fight me for informing him we weren't interested. Something far worse may have occurred if my wife hadn't heard the ruckus and yelled at the youngster to leave. This firm must be stopped before they target the wrong residence." - Scott
"The company uses very aggressive sales practices. They constantly knocking on my door, claiming they're not trying to sell me anything, and want me to "hear them out." Which brings me back to the solar panels they've been trying to sell me. They are either being dishonest or they are completely misunderstanding the topic. On many times, the sales person would ask to talk to someone else in the home if I declined to listen to them. Absolutely not! Employees of this firm are either taught to disregard requests for permission or told to persist in asking for it until they get it. In all honesty, I don't think we should allow them to keep doing door-to-door sales." - John
"We've had two visits from these salespeople. I was at home last night to see firsthand how unacceptable their methods are. My husband urged the young guy to leave our property once again, and he not only ignored him, but he also stood ** in front of him. I was shocked by how dishonest and insensitive this business was.If you had a similar experience, please file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau." - Debby
"Repeatedly returning idiot. Even after my best efforts, this jackass keeps trying to monopolize my attention. I informed him we weren't interested on the first two visits. I told him directly that they are con artists, yet he still managed to swindle me out of 20 minutes of my time. What a f*cking jerk this man is. Be on the lookout for a man named Jay who has been seen on the East side foot hills of San Jose, California. You already know his response to me calling him a fraudster. He promised to return. That man is an imbecile." - Richard
"Scammers. Someone knocked on my door and said something about PGE not being able to provide energy. He insists that he is not attempting to sell anything, yet all he does is ramble on about subjects that are irrelevant to me (and seem like pitches for products or services). He said that he would stop by the following week, but I warned him not to." - Daniel
"My solar panels are the best! Simple method... Took a little longer than expected, but that's just the way my city is. treated me like a queen! guided us through the process methodically. Not that it was Enlites' fault, but the inspection was running beyond schedule, so he sent us a present to keep us going. Many thanks!" - Heidi
"Was convincing without coming off as aggressive. She walked me through how Enlite and Sunrun could make my home carbon neutral on electricity while reducing my monthly PG&E bills to zero. Keep in mind that I already had solar panels installed 6 years ago, and they had successfully slashed my power use in half; the suggestion to add more panels made too much sense for me to pass up. This choice was simple for me to make because of environmental policies and incentives." - Mark
"The Enlite crew that helped my family with our solar installation was really competent and pleasant to work with. They were attentive to our specific requirements and carried out the agreement in a prompt and effective way, delivering all that was promised." - Becky
"Excellent staff and state-of-the-art machinery. It does what it's supposed to, and I'm saving a ton of cash by going solar. For the last year that I've had solar energy, I've had zero issues with the system or any unforeseen costs. I am really satisfied with this firm. I'd also want to express my gratitude to Staped, who unexpectedly knocked on my door and gave me this solar system. He was attentive and clear in his explanations, and I now know how the solar panel system is set up and how much it would cost in the end." - Regina
"Extremely helpful, as well as very professional! was pleasant to talk to and promptly and truthfully responded to all of my queries. Very simple method to follow!" - Jenna
