Francis Energy online reputation

Francis Energy clients have given us a variety of feedback; some have commended our efforts and commitment to providing top-notch customer service, while others have expressed concerns and critiques of our offerings. However, the general agreement is that Francis Energy aims to provide our esteemed clients with the greatest experience possible, and we will keep working hard to meet their demands. We appreciate you taking the time to provide your frank comments.
"Rip-off firm. Despite trying, my ev is only capable of a 100 kw charge. Their costs are consistently low.Priced at 39 cents per minute rather than per kilowatt hour. My lowest possible charging output is 12 kilowatts, and it starts at a measly 55. It's an attempt at a con. My 66-kilowatt-hour battery charger costs $40. We are limited to a 50kw charge. A Tesla with a 95-kilowatt-hour battery would be more affordable. However, even with a 50-kilowatt charge, it is still worthwhile. The total cost to them would be about $15. That makes sense. A trip of 200 miles costs $40 in an ev. What a farce." - Joshua B.
"Been to Francis Energy's charging stations often enough to know when problems aren't isolated incidents but rather indicative of a larger systematic failure to perform a necessary task. They have a complete network, but the most important components sometimes go down for many days, weeks, or even months in more remote places. There is no honesty or openness from customer service; they just hang up. Totally undependable. Do your best to avoid it." - Daniel M.
"Bad fees all around. App claims they're online, but when I try to connect, it gives me an error message and says the charger isn't accessible. I've tried three different chargers, and none of them have been successful. There is no one around to help me at the charging station. Very poor quality chargers if a pleasant vacation is in the works. After waiting 4 hours on hold, I finally got through to customer service, who informed me that the Kia ev6 is "for some reason" incompatible with their 50 kW chargers. But plug share reports just 100kW for its chargers. The problem persists. Because I used these chargers all the way through Oklahoma, my whole vacation has been ruined." - Jayden B.
"We made a bad decision by choosing Francis Energy. Although the salesman was fantastic, the installers completely ruined our patio flooring by drilling 28 holes in less than 3 feet, splitting the support beams, leaving broken tiles and using paint that did not match the house. For almost six months I had been trying to solve this problem. Noah and I had almost reached an agreement when he decided to leave the firm. Then I was working with James, and suddenly he stopped responding to my emails. I had hoped that we were close to an agreement, but now I heard nothing. Instead of reimbursing us with a check, we even wanted to purchase more panels from them, but they scammed us. I would advise anyone considering solar panels to look elsewhere...." - Anthony K.
"We have installed the solar panels, and they are functioning well. They still haven't assisted me with my yard, and now I have to completely rebuild my front yard by replacing the sprinklers and laying down new sod. A month ago, I made an investment in ion solar. I knew my electrical panel would need to be updated, however. However, the contractor has yet to return to clean up the enormous mess they made in my front yard. When this is fixed, I will gladly provide a revised rating." - Christopher O.
"Thanks to everyone at Francis for the hard work and dedication to detail they showed on this project. You've helped us get closer to our goal of being a completely sustainable society. And I had a great time chatting with the whole gang, from sales to installation to administration. Francis excels as both a business leader and a member of the local community." - Jacob D.
"In my experience, Francis Solar is one of the *very few* suppliers that consistently impresses me with their level of expertise, breadth of industry knowledge, dedication to their clients, ability to handle complex problems, and commitment to seeing projects through to fruition. About a year and a half ago, they put up a massive, complicated solar PV system at my house. The system and the process of having it installed continue to impress me. I rarely give a perfect score across the board, but this is one of those times. Strongly recommended." - Ethan R.
"We commissioned Francis Solar to design and construct a solar-powered EV charging station at our facility. The Francis team has been a great resource in helping us keep up with the ever-evolving data and design requirements, and in refining the design components to ensure we have the most up-to-date and cost-effective solution possible. Their help with the design phase, as well as the electrical suppliers, grant applications, and the site general contractor, has been exceptional. We can't wait to begin building within the next 50 days." - Michael V.
"Finally had my home solar and battery system finished, which is 14 kilowatts. We are overjoyed. The personnel at Francis was excellent in every way. They employed cutting-edge hardware in their creations. They cleaned up the area daily while wearing masks. There were hiccups and delays, as with any building job, but they persevered. They come with my highest recommendation. Your power bill may be canceled by just calling Francis." - Alexander B.
"My sales representative, and installation manager, exceeded my expectations with their competence, efficiency, and friendliness. The sales pitch, which completely wowed my wife and I, exceeded all expectations. He knew exactly what he was selling and didn't try to inflate our expectations. His clear and engaging presentation of solar energy and its benefits really helped us make our choice, and we are grateful for that. On the other hand, did an excellent job installing the solar panels on my roof. Before installing the panels, he made sure I was aware of any deviations from our original plan. After the system was installed and tested to see if it worked, he made sure I understood everything. He was very enthusiastic and did a great job for us. I appreciate the work you did for my neighborhood and the Francis Energy family." - William S.
