Solaire online reputation

Customers that have dealt with Solaire have varying reactions. On the one hand, some satisfied clients rave about their services and their staff's competence and responsiveness. However, some clients have voiced their dissatisfaction with the company's lack of responsiveness and tardy deliveries. Solaire seems to be meeting the needs of the vast majority of its clients while leaving room for development in a few key areas.
"After 2 years and hundreds of dollars in missed credits, we still haven't received the carport we agreed to, and now I can't get in touch with anybody at the firm. I contacted Palmetto, but nobody answered the phone or returned my message. Solaire required us to have trees placed before they would issue the permit, so we forked over the cash. Awaiting authorization. The phones go unanswered. To avoid being stuck with a debt I don't need for the next 30 years, I must now take precautions." - Roman D.
"Due to a faulty inverter, my solar panel installation stopped generating electricity on December 28, 2020, after only one year of use. I contacted Solaire about this problem on January 2, 2022, and since then I have contacted them repeatedly via email and phone. As of today (Feb. 22), they still have not fixed my system, and I feel that the company is ignoring me. The only way to contact them is to call them myself. If Solaire ever tries to offer you a solar system, in my opinion, you should immediately decline. The next step would be to file a complaint and explore the possibility of a lawsuit." - Brendan K.
"As a paying customer, I urge you to leave the premises immediately. We have had nothing but problems since day one, and they are hard to solve. They don't return repeated weekly calls. Their poor receptionist has to answer my (almost) daily angry calls. When we were first hired, we were told that our monthly electric bill would never exceed $13, but that turned out not to be true. Only 4 out of 12 bills were exactly that, but the rest were close to $180 or even higher! Not even close to $13. With the cost of solar, our monthly bill turns out to be more than it could have been, especially during the colder months. Only two people call this place home. We don't need electric heating since we have gas. There are no Tesla or other electricity consumers in the house (although we were initially assured that $13 would be enough to charge the Tesla and not exceed the consumption limit). I was unable to get a response or at least a call back. The customer service at this firm is an absolute HORROR. You have been warned! Beware of this outrageous scam!" - Jeffrey N.
"According to a verified customer review, "this company hired a 3rd party company to install my bird netting to save money," but "after a year, the bird netting failed because it was installed poorly and birds can still go under the netting and started nesting under my solar." I've been phoning Solar Solaire's office every day to follow up, but the receptionist always says the supervisor, is aware of the situation and will call me back soon (he never calls back). Try emailing Carrisa as well; she's not answering either. This is their way of avoiding responsibility for fixing the issue. Once they've made their cut, you're on your own. Their lack of professionalism has left me really frustrated. I'm now in contact with a news team to report this firm, but I intend to file a lawsuit against them for breach of warranty." - Andy B.
"Having to deal with this firm was a miserable ordeal. The worst job I've ever had. You'll have to give in and pay them. Their bookkeeping is clumsy at best. At the very least, you'll acquire new skills, get fair compensation, and be eligible for stock options. If you work with Solaire, your only perk will be the stress of wondering why you weren't paid the two thousand dollars you were promised. Cancels? Fair. However, why not grab ALL the cash at once? How do the workers make it?! So? Looking for a never-ending source of tension? WHAT A DREAM JOB! Otherwise? DISREGARD their assurances of a brighter future. Working here will make your life more difficult." - Leo F.
"A few months ago, I had Solaire install solar panels for my home, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Has helped reduce costs! Because of the company's integrity, we knew we could count on their complete cooperation and communication at all times. Everything is fully operational at this point. In addition, I think it's important to note that the tools available on our smartphones and computers are fantastic for monitoring our current efforts to produce sustainable energy. In every way, Solaire exceeds expectations. Going solar with Solaire is something that my family and I strongly suggest you investigate." - Raymond P.
"We looked at many different solar companies before choosing Solaire to build our system. Carissa and Lana were really helpful and kept us informed at all times, even going so far as to do research when they didn't know the answer. They were usually friendly and quick to respond to messages and phone calls. Unlike many other firms that stop addressing inquiries after the job is complete and you've paid your money, these women are still helpful and understanding even though our installation was months ago. The actual installation took less time than they estimated and went off without a hitch. Solaire's diligence in following up to make sure all of our documentation with NV Energy was accepted was also commendable. This has been one of the most significant and costly home improvement projects we've undertaken, and Solaire has made it simpler than we could have imagined. Choose Solaire to install your solar panels, and you won't be disappointed." - Tucker M.
"The service and installation was excellent and I couldn't have been happier. It was quite simple and everything was described to me in the clearest terms. Value for money, reliable financing, and a "rock star" crew. The sales representative did his best to help us and put us at ease, so I recommend without any hesitation. I am absolutely thrilled with how it turned out." - Drake L.
"For a long time I had my doubts about solar power. A solar energy salesman knocked on my door and started a conversation. I let him in, against my better judgment. Upon closer examination, the numbers turned out to be quite logical... However, I was still wary. Several people I know had installed solar panels from various companies, and I had heard different reviews about the quality and savings. I did it, and now I'm very glad I did. The money saved is great, but even better is the way I was treated. Not just solar panel sales firms, but most businesses will be your biggest allies. It's a lonely wait until the sale "blows up," and then you're on your own. But not with Calvin; he has always been supportive of me and my loved ones. Now that it's done, he still stops by occasionally to make sure we're happy with the work. This review is just a humble expression of our appreciation to you." - Erik A.
"Having the mental state of an anxious person. The level of care and concern shown to me at this difficult time has been nothing short of extraordinary, and I am eternally thankful. More stars would be great. You may be certain that your issues will be handled quickly and expertly. Solaire, you have done more for this family than you know to be grateful for. Everybody can count on a recommendation from us!" - Harrison G.
