"Both the sales and the set up went well. The output was dismally bad. There was a guarantee that the solar panels would generate a particular amount of energy. We managed to do half of what we set out to do when I called the firm and asked them to increase the quantity of solar panels I already had. They have stopped picking up the phone. They keep threatening to call the cops and hanging up on me. Do not utilize them; that is my advice. More than that, and they don't keep their word. They ignore all of our emails." - John L.
"I've done everything I can to be understanding and patient with them. Despite their kindness, we've run into trouble with them at every step. I've never given anything less than five stars in a review. Don't bother with Sun Path Electric, however. Our issues persist even after one year of ownership. From getting the go-ahead to installing and turning them on, we did it all. Every time, they've completely fumbled the ball. My husband has been on the phone with them for hours trying to get things moving. Sun Path Electric failed to meet our expectations when it came to obtaining approval for our solar panels from our municipal. My husband is once again calling Sun Path Electric since they botched the job just before we were ready to turn them on." - Lola K.
"When I confronted Sun Path Electric about putting substandard materials on my roof without my knowledge or consent, they lied to me and threatened legal action. They see themselves as the "good guys" in solar who are trying to improve the industry's image. My interactions with them have been negative; I suspect fraud. Please don't make the same mistake I made; there are plenty of other choices available." - Ryan P.
"After we gave the go-ahead for Sun Path Electric to install solar panels on our roof on March 5, 2021, they promptly started working on the incorrect part of the roof. We were comfortable with their original answer since we know mistakes may and do happen. The on-site crew assured us that by the next week's Friday, the damaged section of roof will be repaired. From the next week to June 9, 2021, we have experienced almost every kind of bad customer service imaginable. I've never had to battle for anything before, much less have the firm acknowledge they were wrong and offer to make amends. If you ask me, you should stay far away from this firm. And if you do, I pray you never have an issue that necessitates a visit to their offices. It's horrible." - Noah C.
"Where to even begin? A catastrophe in customer service, considering I signed on September 21 and paid for half of what I knew would be an inconvenience by April 17 of the following year. I called the company no less than ten times to find out what was going on because nobody could tell me what was going on; they even told me that I'm sure it would be installed before the end of the year to be able to have the credit from the government (a lie); it was a total letdown; the last person who attended me, (I don't remember his name), didn't even know what he was doing; and yesterday I received my last bill to pay them. Both the service and the business were terrible." - Daniel R.
"Working with Sun Path was a pleasure. When comparing quotes, Sun Path was the most affordable option and came highly recommended from a local. I respect what they're trying to do. Everyone I interacted with was competent and pleasant to deal with. My system was updated because of a change in the rules governing the distribution of supplies. Due to a change in plans, my system was installed a week ahead of time. Strongly recommended!" - Ivan P.
"When I worked with Sun Path, everything went well. They presented me with a proposal soon away and were more than happy to provide further information and answer my queries. They were careful to avoid spoiling the aesthetics of the setup by only putting conduit in inconspicuous places. Compared to the other firms I contacted, they stood out in terms of pricing and system design, and they were even willing to make some minor adjustments to the system to meet my needs. If I ever need to install another system, I would have no problem working with them again." - Marcus M.
"The whole process of working with Sun Path Electric was a pleasure. They were very adaptable and quick to respond to our needs, concerns, and inquiries. Their work was excellent, and we have had no problems with our electrical system in the last two weeks (it's interesting to monitor our power output and consumption using mobile applications). Additionally, they went above and above to assist us in integrating our new solar panels and battery with our smart SPAN panel, and we will most certainly return to Sun Path should we ever wish to upgrade to even more panels or batteries." - Collin D.
"Sun Path Electric did a fantastic job installing our solar panels, and we couldn't be happier. They quickly responded to our inquiry and collaborated with us to find the most suitable and cost-effective option for our house. Their openness, expertise, and assurance were much appreciated. The set up time was minimal. They handled everything and provided many viable financing choices. We never once felt like we were being upsold or pressured into making a purchase. Sun Path Electric is highly recommended by us." - Miguel F.
"Sun Path Electric did an excellent job for us. We previously believed solar to be beyond of our price range, but Sun Path opened us new possibilities that placed us in charge of our efforts to reduce our carbon impact. I was really impressed with their professionalism and quality throughout the whole process, from the free estimates to the flawless installation to the final paperwork and walkthrough. We were even able to plan for a reliable power source and the addition of a battery backup system. It's fantastic to know that a firm and its employees share my concern about the future of my children's town and their houses." - Gavin T.
