"I got in touch with Baker Solar Electric I met with their salesperson in July 2016. We spoke at length about our ongoing and upcoming initiatives. We informed him that a new electric heating and cooling system as well as an electric water heater would be installed right away. The salesperson informed us that the system had been overdesigned to accommodate our anticipated project but had been built to match our present needs. He also said that since some of our projects were expected to last between two and five years, we might install more panels. We paid $28,500.00 for the system. It turned out that we received a $1200.00 "true up" bill. When we contacted Baker, they claimed that the system was 50% to 77% underdesigned and demanded that we spend over $23,000.00 on a second system!
